Comfort inns are dull and dated. Bathrooms and coffee are updated and clean. Linens were nice but the rooms are dark and uninviting.Site pictures are decieving. Complimentary breakfast is ok at best... again, site photos are decieving. I was travelling solo and was able to get a decent sleep because it was a busy hotel but actually very quiet.

Old property with minimal upgrades. Little attention to detail or making the property esthetically pleasing. It wouldn’t take much. Nicer window treatments to replace ill hanging dingy drapes in need or steaming or ironing for example. Overall cleanliness was good in the room but dirty bucket and mop at the entrance to the breakfast room was not attractive. Easy access for mopping floors I guess but nobody wants to see that. Needs to be put away. There is no elevator to second floor. I had to carry my 45 pound suitcase up a considerable flight of stairs. No assistance was offered. Likewise down when leaving while the man at the reception desk looked the other way. This accessibility issue should be mentioned up front. This is not a choice if you need accessibility aids. Bed linens and towels were great and bed comfortable for me. Not bad enough to leave mid-week when there was availability elsewhere but would not be a first choice.

The room was great. The hotel is quiet and has a good location. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The apple juice tasted moldy and the orange juice was barely orange flavored water. The waffle maker burned the batter no matter how much spray you put on. Coffee and the food was good.

Hotel staff was very friendly & efficient. Hotel is older and some areas could be updated. Our bed was not very comfortable. Hotel is in a nice location. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Final hotel stay in a very long trip so we were happy to get there. The desk staff were very friendly and competent.
Disappointed to be on the second floor with no elevator and there needs to be a ventilation system in the breakfast room as the waffle machine was burning oil and very smelly.

Facilities were okay but the traffic noise was loud in the room we stayed in. Other than that all was good.

I wish that the motel had a evelvator but thet moved my room for me which was great . I think builders of hotels need to know that not everyone can climb stairs. they to consider more mobility options for the older people

Room was nice, though being right beside the transCanada highway, we kept the fan running all night to block the road noise, and slept well. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety, hot food - hash browns, omelet, sausages, besides waffles, cold cereal, etc. We'd definitely stop again if we needed to.

First, upon arrival at the hotel, my wife remarked to the front desk she was surprised of no elevator as she has a bad knee. The remark was ignored and we used a second floor room. There were main floor vacancies. I also found the breakfast terrible and after being told too contact the manager by e-mail he refused to respond to me after 3 tries. Poor customer relations. Stayed here before and was OK, but never again.

Got there early but didn’t have to wait for my room. Just an overnight stay before catching a plane. Airport a 5 minute drive.

Largest TV I've ever had in hotel room. Great price. Nice breakfast in the morning. Best " "bang for the buck" I think I've had at any property. If you don't need a pool. Or miss being away from the excitement of down town. This is a great place.

Room was just what we ordered. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Price was excellent. We were not on a vacation - its not a luxury hotel but very convenient to everything and just what we needed for this trip to Brandon.

The room I booked wasn’t even available when I got there so they put me in another room that I didn’t ask for and didn’t tell me till I walked into it. Paid for the first floor and got put on the second floor.

The breakfast was not like the photos. Hash browns were not cooked enough. Food was not hot. Pastry counter was a "2" compared to photos on site.

When staying longer periods of time, it would have been nice to have management/housekeeping checking in and asking if we needed any items in our room such as towels, sugar, coffee, plates etc.
I felt awkward going into the breakfast area with a pile of items or requesting towels needed and not being given the items required to shower with.
A male employee with a head set on was often talking loudly in the hallways in his language. On one occasion he was addressing a lower body itch that could have been tented to in private. He often was sitting on the couch as well talking through his head set which I found unprofessional. These conversations can take place in private I felt as a guest.

when we arrived, we discovered that our booking date was off by one day. The gentleman at the counter quickly put us at ease by accommodating us a day earlier than the actual booking. He was pleasant and professional and very accommodating
We also appreciated the lovely hot breakfast with it's different options. We would definitely stay here again.

Even though the website says truck/rv/bus parking it was pretty tight to get in there with a F750 dump truck. The breakfast was awesome.

Excellent price, clean, decent beds, great for our little dog, ground floor rooms, great hot breakfast and nice staff. Will definitely stay here again. Staff were excellent !

Great value and convenient location. I only have issue with ‘pet friendly’ places charging for hypoallergenic well trained pets. Pets should stay for free
