The room needs updated. The toliet paper roll holder was broke . The bathroom door looks like it's been chewed on at the bottom. The gabage cans are so thin you can't put anything in them. The employees were great.

Shower wouldn’t drain. Blinds don’t cover all the window. Trash was left outside our door the entire time from the previous person. Air conditioner swings 3 degrees and it’s uncomfortable in the room.

Ew. Come on Hilton. This property is in a desperate need of a total remodel. The lobby is terribly dated. The elevators are rickety. And the rooms…oh my. Not only dated, but moldy. The carpet had been patched some time ago and was pulling up along the edges. The room had an overwhelming smell of mold. And the hallway carpet was wet from ice makers. Generally, this hotel is no where near the standard for even a crappy Hilton.

Hotel was overbooked and having a system issues when we arrived on a Friday at 11 pm. Dozens of people in the lobby unable to get a room or their digital room keys weren’t working. The following morning the Starbucks inside the hotel had their coffee machine down. This hotel doesn’t have a lot of stuff going for it. Especially given the price they charge.

Hotel is nice but room
Had no cold water and water was super hot and shower curtain was moldy

Room was small, the whole floor smelled weird, staff was rude, pool closed at 9 pm. Parking was $40 bucks or valet for $50, undisclosed on the site. Breakfast isn't free, even if you pay the $15 fee on the site.
I paid $15 for the breakfast on the site. It's just a typical continental breakfast, but a server seated us, and afterward gave us a bill for $90.
Went to the front desk to ask about it. The guy there asked for verification that I'd paid for the free breakfast. I showed him my reservation and he said that breakfast wasn't free and the site was wrong. I asked if we could split the difference and he could comp me a couple since I wasn't expecting a $90 fee. He rolled his eyes. Asked how many were in my party and reached down to a stack of probably 300 free breakfast coupon cards, and gave me enough for my family. I said thanks and he just scoffed. Then I noticed on his name tag that he was the manager.
The other staff had been just as rude.
Our room was generally clean, though we found some artifacts from the previous guest.
The place was decorated minimalist modern, was a nice enough hotel, but I wouldn't stay there again.

It was a small room. We had a view of Busch Stadium but from tye 10th floor, could only see people in the stands, not the ball field. Make sure you are on at least floor 15 or higher. The shower didn’t work. I could hear the people in the room next door just talking. And then people kept slamming hall doors.

Simply one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Talk about convenient location! Whether you’re headed for a ballgame, or to see the Gateway Arch, you are walking distance away. But don’t forget to visit the 360 on the top floor of the hotel.

Such great access to Ballpark Village and great to come back to the lounge to watch a basketball game

Love this hotel for our overnight stays downtown. The rooms have always been clean and comfy. All staff are courteous and efficient, especially the valet! Love lobby lounge and the roof-top bar.

Hotel is outdated and hot. No ac in room only goes down to 66. So hot in the rooms. Very outdated and worn.

When we got there our room wasn’t ready and we waiting an hour or two in the waiting area. We wanted to go walk around but we had all our stuff.

Loudest elevators ever in the West Tower.

Stayed for a 1 night family stay. Great location to food and arch and not far drive from zoo. Id pay extra next time for ball park view, because city view is mostly the rooftop from the next building. Parking is $40 additional which was a slight bummer but it was fairly secure, just across the busy street. The tv had not so great reception and the room was clean minus the mystery hair in the tub. Also the shower head hung loose so you had to shower against the wall so that stunk too. Aside from the little complaints, overall the room was comfortable eith the right amenities. If the trip was longer I might have asked for more assistance, but for a 1 night stay it was good.

The bed was very worn and springy. Had mold in the bathroom which my daughter and I are highly allergic. Most rooms had usb ports in lamps or alarm clock. We had none. We left brick back home. Asked the front desk and they could not help. Breakfast was good.

Well to start they gave us an upgraded room which was super awesome. After the first night we noticed there was some stains and some of our bed linens and I let the staff know and they immediately changed our bed with brand new blankets and sheets and we are very appreciative. Our view was amazing and our stay was really nice. Overall five stars

Super close to the ballpark, walk right across the street.

The place was great other than the fact we mentioned the ice machine outside of our room door #1415 was leaking which also leaked into our room and was enough to form a puddle. We mentioned this early in the a.m along with asking for extra toilet paper. We got back to our room at 2.m with a larger puddle of water along with no yoilet paper. Lady at the front desk dropped the ball.

so far so good

Refrigerator was turned all the way up, unbeknownst to us, via a dial on the backside. All drinks placed inside froze and burst, causing a huge mess.
Hardly any water pressure whatsoever. So little pressure the shower function would not work.

Needs a little updating but the hotel has the best staff and service
Close to many great adventures, venues, and nightlife.

If I could post pictures I would … around the area and inside the property was fun , nice people , welcoming, I could go on….
We were attending the NYE 2024 party in the roof top 360 bar which is in the East tower. We got stuck in the WEST TOWER….when we booked we were not told 11th Floor West tower. So if you book a King Suite Busch Stadium view and want to hang at the roof top bar be sure to book through the hotel directly.
We booked our room for $300 and paid $150 per person at the NYE party so we called down stairs ask a lady at the desk if we could be in the east tower and she was rude and told us “ You have to wait in line like everyone else “ we were like What??? We are just asking if you have rooms available in the east tower so when we leave the NYE party we will be in the same tower. LISTEN we knew when we got to the roof top it was going to be a blast IT WAS A BLAST and we were going to be Drunk … we wouldn’t make it far if we had to stay in the West tower.
A gentleman got on the phone and said please grab your things and come to the from desk we are going to help you out.
We got a new room in the East tower 1 King suite Busch stadium view .Room 1402 …
Seriously they could take care of there rooms better, bathroom tub knobs were exposed holes in the walls , made a nasty grinding noise when the water was running, caulk was pealing off … there is no reason for rust to be running down the walls, window seal hanging off the window. A lot of condensation

We had an excellent time, the room was good the bathroom could use a little bit of cosmetic attention, other than that it was a great room.

Valet parking was full and had to walk a block away to a parking garage to park. Room wasn't very clean with several black hairs in the bathroom and grime buildup next to the toilet. All food vending machines were "out of order" in the entire hotel, and the ice machine on our floor didn't work either. Convenient if you're going to Ball Park Village or a Cards game, but not worth the money otherwise.

It was pretty clean but the was orange stains on the underside of the comforter... there was a huge lack of vending machines in the hotel 1 soda machine on every floor but only 1 snack machine in the entire building and nowhere delivers food after 4am

The only reason i cannot give a 5 star is due to dirty smelly water backing up in our bath tub that we could not use. The hotel staff took great care letting us know they would fix the issue and even refunded our parking pass to the garage. Nice clean room friendly staff. we will stay here again

This was our first time using a Hilton hotel, it was beautiful. I was missing shower gel and needed some more towels which they took care of as soon as I said something. The Crabtree shampoo and conditioner are a wonderful smell. The bed was comfortable. Overall great experience!
