My husband and i stayed here to get a night away from the kids, we booked a king bed room, we were give a 2 queen bed room, which whatever it happens, there was skittles on the floor and the carpet was really dirty all the dresser drawers had crumbs in them ledges arpund t.v, bed, pictures and mirrors were very dusty, but the worst part of it was stripping the bed down before check out this morning to find a bedbug just chilling in the pillow case and discovering i had bites on my neck, we have stayed here before and had a good experience, this experience was disappointing, staff is friendly, but rooms are not clean

We unfortunately had a smoking room. I didn't think it would be that bad. Well it was. Even our clothes in the suitcase smelled. Other than that good. Wish i would have taken a different room.

The sheets were nearly wet with moisure. Everything smelled like mildew.

The room was a non-smoking room, yet it smelled of cigarettes and the top cover of the beds and pillows were slightly damp. I blame this on the extreme humidity. Overall the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The room was clean. The breakfast was very meager. There was a pet fee which was not identified on the website (I double checked). The fee was not unreasonable at $15 but it should be stated on the site before you show up at the deak.

Shampoo and body wash were either almost empty or hard to press and use.

If you want to check in early, you had better reconsider. The owners of this hotel are extremely greedy and will charge $25 for an early check in. Even though the rooms are ready they still will charge you the fee. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower are worthless. You get one pinhead drop her push. The room was very nice and clean.

I liked that they had smoking rooms it was clean and quiet i didnt like that when they came to clean my room they did ok but i had to vacuum the room myself.

The rooms were very clean and smelled very good. Check in check in was easy. The beds were hard and made noise when you rolled around and I could hear the people upstairs. But for the cost it was very nice

Hotel manager was not very nice. He asked me to ask for a refund from hotels just so I could directly pay him instead. He also insisted that we probably don’t have enough money on our card so he forced us to go to the atm to withdrawal 100 cash deposit . He said he doesn’t want to accept a card and he wants the cash. I felt that he may have been a little bit Raceist. Very uncomfortable
