This is one of our favorite places to stay so far. Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly/Helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is fantastic. Great location. Easy walking access to the Altstadt and shopping. Easy access to the U-ban station and easy access driving to the Autobahn. Loved it. Will stay there again.

why there is no extension plugs? international traveller's may require additional (head) plugs to charge cell phones, laptops, i-watches. I was instructed to go out and buy somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel, steps from the main train station, very convenient to old town and walking street etc..., staff was friendly and courteous, we were greeted every time when we walked in and out of the lobby. Our room was decorated tastefully and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ok but I think it was due to Covid so options were a bit limited.

Clean and Specious room.
Breakfast had a poor selection but very friendly staff. And Concierge/Receptionist was very service minded and helpful regarding telefax important documents.
Pool/gym/sauna looked nice but closed due to COVID-19!

Very clean, staff excellent. Location ideal for Metro from airport and to Messe Exhibition Venue. Easy walk into old town and many restaurants and bars.

Everything in this hotel works smoothly. Mr. Abbas, Miss Santos, Charles, the guy from Brazil, all the staff are nice and competent. And...hats off to Svetlana ! She is the most important member of the Team.

The room is big, clean and with good view. Hotel near the station, less than 5 mins walk from the station. It also close to sight seeing place as well. Breakfast is good too. Staff is very nice with excellent services.

If you like customer service, this is the place to go!
My wife and I are early risers, so we asked if the gym and pool could be opened early. The staff was more than accommodating. The front desk personnel would even go up to the floor and open it themselves! We also asked if we can get breakfast early and they brought out some coffee and croissants even though the restaurant was still closed. Most of our encounters were with Fabian and Francesca, who were fabulous!
