I purchased a suite with 2 queen beds but upon arrival, host could not accommodate that room. Instead I was given a suite with one bed and guest had to sleep on fold-out sofa. It was rather uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the room was laid out for a business person. Very convenient for meeting with others and for doing computer work. Snacks were available 24/7. The pool was accessible also.

The original room had a faulty lock and the hotel immediately moved us to another room. The desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and again the staff couldn't have been nicer.

I booked at the wrong location but the hotel was ok except the toilet was broke and had to be fixed twice.

Overall, my worst experience!
The Internet speed was terrible, there was no slippers, no body shampoo, and you should ask them to get tooth paste/brush. We asked for body shampoo and the staff told us they had run out of it and can't provide. Towels felt old and course. Our room was next to an exist door and we could NOT sleep because of its noise! Staff were not friendly at all.

We were booked in a room with a wet carpet, probably it was just from being cleaned. The room was stuffy due to the we carpet. We has to open the balcony door for air circulation. We then requested to switched to another room with a dry carpet of which they agreed and apologized. Unfortunately the other room had the same. We we stayed anyway as we were booked for two days only. The facility had good ratings but i guess something isn't right.

I would like to know why there was a “relay” box under my bed along with a dozen Red Lobster gift cards hidden under the bushes in front of my room?

The property was fine. Our first room, on the first floor, had a sliding door to the outside. The lock on this door was non functional. While there was a “bar” in addition to the lock, this seemed completely unacceptable for a room that faced the busy street. The front desk staff did KINDLY move our room to the second floor. Unfortunately, this room still had garage from the previous evening DoorDash order that wasn’t cleaned up. In the morning, the food service staff was inexperienced. I had no idea that my 2 food “vouchers” did not cover the 2 breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and juice plus a fruit cup would cost me an additional $19. If I would have understood this, I would have brought the COLD, undercooked sandwiches back for a refund. But I let it go thinking it was fine- needless to say when I got my bill after leaving I was furious. This is completely unacceptable.

First, the hotel is really dated. My room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room.
They claim to have a restaurant and bar, but they do not. I tried to order a drink and was told they do not have a liquor license. In the morning when I went down to the "restaurant" for breakfast, they had coved up the menu and were only serving frozen breakfast sandwiches.
On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 3am. It was triggered by an employee who left a burner on the stove on in the kitchen. Thankfully there was no fire, but it definitely was not a pleasant stay.
I will say, the one great thing about this hotel is that the employees were wonderful, sweet, and accomodating. A big thank you to them!

This is no where near what I would expect for a Marriott! Our room had a mildew smell, think cleaning with dirty towels. The closet doors were broken as well as the ice maker on our floor. Overall it just seemed dirty. When I went to pull out the sofa bed, we had no sheets, pillows, or blankets! And by that time I was just ready for bed, so into the king size my son went with us. There is also NO blow dryers in the room. The breakfast offered is not what is advertised. All they had was 2 day old fruit and premade breakfast sandwiches. I would not stay here again. VERY Disappointing Marriott.

Very nice room with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Only one disappointment, the large lobby/lounge area had a bar, but the bar was not open.

Hotel was decent but has issues which make it not worth the price:
- The restaurant is closed during the evenings, despite the web site claiming it's open. (False advertising, but not a *huge* deal because there are other restaurants nearby)
- They tried to charge us for breakfast despite us choosing a package that had it included, had to argue with them to get what we already paid for.
- The hotel Wi-Fi interferes with my phone's Wi-Fi calling, blocking outgoing and incoming calls. Never seen that before. Also the Wi-Fi uses obsolete networking protocols causing newer web sites to be inaccessible.
- I was incorrectly billed for Wi-Fi despite it being included in the room. Currently arguing with Marriott support for a refund.
For what we paid I expect better quality than this. The staff on-site was *great* but Marriott itself seems to have structural issues.

The garbage was overflowing at door B, where we walked in to access the elevator to our room. Immediately the smell of the air fresheners/deodorizers were so overpowering that it made our eyes burn and began coughing. No coffee, hot water or even cold water was available in the lobby. The pool area was overwhelmed by kids and the hot tub area also had small children in it. So we did t use either. This seems to be a pattern at hotels these days; diapered children sitting in the hot tubs😣no soap in our bathroom; One of the hotel staff were cleaning a room next to us and had the cart right outside the door, and I asked for a bar of soap for the bathroom and she told me I had to go down to the lobby to ask for it. We pre-paid (online) $10 each for my husband and I do have a “hot breakfast). It was a bistro sandwich (heated in an oven, and overdone) with 4 pieces of cantelope in a plastic cup and coffee and a juice. Very poor!

The front desk staff were all very professional and welcoming. My favorite part of the day was getting coffee from the downstairs bistro. The barista was just the best and made sure my latte was pefect everytime! Great way to start my day! The area had great food options and even a restaurant next door that has good drinks till a decent hour. Most important, I felt very safe on the hotel.
