The hotel is clean, has comfortable beds, close location to PSU campus. Located near restaurants and shops.
The newly remodeled showers are nice.

This is a nice hotel for a small town. It’s been recently updated, and the rooms are quite nice. Very comfy bed, decent bathroom. I had to call the front desk early one morning because there were two body washes on the shower wall and no shampoo. They responded immediately. Having the restaurant on site was a life saver on late evenings after work. My only complaint was the coloring & heating unit in my room. It ran constantly, going back and forth from heat to cold. It was so insanely loud. Fortunately for mild temps in the 50s, I left it off my second night so I could actually get some sleep after a miserable first night.

We had a quick check in and check out. Room was clean. Water was hot and had good pressure.

The first impression was that the lobby was dark and depressing. Even the Christmas decor was not bright and cheery. The room was ok but nothing that really impressed. The worst part was the lack of some kind of breakfast, and the offered breakfast did not have variety and was very expensive for what was offered. All considered, it was a place to sleep but not to enjoy. I would only return if there was no other choices.

A very adequate hotel. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed in the rooms, for the price and location the stay was great, the staff of the hotel were professional and performed as expected.

It was so noisy which kept us up most of the night. You could hear conversations through the connecting room, which we asked to switch. We will never be back to this hotel

I was greeted with a big smile, efficient work checking in, and pleasantly surprised by the very clean and comfortable room. Then, when I realized I’d left something in the room 20 miles after checkout, the staff made it very easy for me to feel confident that I would get my property back. Even so, as with all accommodations around State College, they are more expensive than they should be.

My family and I have stayed here 1 time every year for the last several years as a stopover across country. Consistency is key and that is what we have experienced. Check in is easy, rooms are clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The shower head was clogged, the room had an overwhelming scent that triggered migraines, and one day we didn’t get maid service. There was no microwave. The pool was great, the front desk staff was friendly. I could have been proactive and requested a room change, but I was there for a funeral and just didn’t have the energy to kick up a fuss. Also, no free breakfast during Covid, but we could purchase a food box. The r didn’t.

Everyone was really friendly. This is my 2nd time staying. The service is consistent. I came for my second shot of the vaccine, this time with my boyfriend in company. We turned it into a short vacation and loved and used all of the amenities!
