This is mostly a party hotel. Guests on my floor were in and out slamming doors on both nights of my stay. These were different guests/rooms on each night. The AC broke my second night and sounded like a freight truck going by when it kicked on.

The hotel was very nice. It was in a good location, comfortable, and quiet.

Room itself was nice size & roomy feeling. Bathroom was small but workable. Had to use the power button on the tv to tuen on then the channels did not come in. It was like the signal was interrupted & stayed frozen, this did not improve during our stay. We were only there one night so we did not voice this issue. There were issues with the keys working for the door but management quickly solved this issue. Breakfast was simple, lobby area was clean.

Overall not a bad hotel. Close to everything I was needing and the price was pretty, which were of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. There were a couple minor things, like I noticed the bathroom floor was swept, found jewelry beads on the floor, a stain on the bed cover, and a crack in the sink. I was able to tell anyone before I left before I did not see anyone that morning. Overall, not a bad place for a night, maybe two, if you want to stay in the area. It is really close to a lot of things and easy to get to from I-80.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean, except there wasn't any large towels.

The one thing I didn't like was there was no elevator. There were no handicapped rooms left and we had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs. Also the floors in the bathroom and entryway of the room were sticky.

Have paid triple the price to stay at hotels that weren’t as nice or as comfortable as this location. The beds were superb. Room was dark and quiet. Stayed close to everything. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner and service a little more friendly but we will definitely be back to this location! 10/10 recommend.

This was as close to a perfect hotel experience someone can have. I highly recommend your stay here!

This was an adequate, inexpensive place to stay with our infant daughter. There was a slight musty smell when we entered the room, but we got used to it quickly. The room was clean but we did see a couple of very small roaches. One consideration is that roaches like moist environments, which frequent cleaning can cause. So we simply don’t know if the problem was from inadequate cleaning.

For the price, we expected a place where we could actually sleep. In stead we got a room with paper-thin walls and floors. We could hear everything or neighbors did. Someone was playing loud music in the parking lot until 3am. The rooms were relatively clean but the floor was sticky.

I was planning to stay at your hotel because I needed to see my vascular surgeon on Monday morning and we live several hours away. On Sunday night around 5:30pm on our way to Iowa City I struck a deer, totaling my car but my daughter and I were thankfully unharmed. Due to the time of night and needing to get my car towed 2 hours back home I was unable to complete my trip and therefore not stay at the hotel. My daughter called for me as I was shaken up and was told we’d still have to pay. I understand the policy but strongly feel exceptions should be made for certain situations. I could easily show the police report if needed. It’s situations like this that define a business and while the $80 will not break the bank, it’s $80 and I’ll choose to go elsewhere next time I’m in town for an appointment.

The service was very slow and not very friendly. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. They didn't have bed pillows, instead it was throw pillows. Our room was dirty and we had roaches.

AC did not work well at all and when it did it was extremely loud and made a rattling noise. TV was not easy to use and seems to need an upgrade.

The hotel was secure. Doors to enter property were not locked. People were partying and running in and out of hotel all night. The fridge was dirty with old leakage from the previous person there didn’t have. Extra pillows. Way over priced. Will not be returning

The property is outdated. Smells old. One day no coffee was available. Guess someone forgot to order supplies. "Cooked" breakfast bland. Money being made not being used for hotel. Mattress covering had huge brown stain. Staff was nice.

The tub needs to be clean because the drainage is really bad the water doesnt drain stays on the tub while your showering..

Everything was fine, including the price. Only minor issue was the two fellows at the desk—in the evening when I checked in and in the morning. They both seemed to be having a bad day. Or maybe just hated their jobs. Idk. But not very pleasant. I’d still stay here if in the area again.
