This being one of 2 Motel 6's, this was closer to the College.. My cousin and I checked in, which took awhile. since they "lost" my reservation. The room didnt have a hair dryer.. We never got the extra pillows / blankets we asked for. They said they were out. The ladies at the front desk both times. were rude, and just seemed like they didnt care at all. I expected a little more from Motel 6, but then again. Its a low cost place I guess.
The thing that really pissed me off, was the Fridge didnt work. 2 things I had in there spoiled. My cousin said the bed wasnt comfortable, she could feel the springs. I didnt have an issue with that. The pillows are reallly soft!!!!
There needs to be more signs to the front desk, because of the layout of the motel, I got turned around a few times. We have decided that we will never stay there again, when we go to visit her daughter..

Good Cheap motel, I usually stay at Hilton Hotels, which was across street, however at $ 189 a night, nope. This motel was cleaner and much more quieter than the Hilton across street and under $60.00

The young lady at check-in was very nice, but she didn’t know the condition of the rooms so she had to move us 3 times until she found a room that was sufficient.
Once we got settled it was ok, but not going back. Will definitely stay in Lufkin next time.

Our room was leaking from the ceiling all night with the rain. We woke up to a puddle in our room by the window. Looked like the hotel was remodeled but the room was not clean and when we went to the front desk to ask for a couple extra pillows we were told there were no more available. I guess you get what you pay for. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t super nice either.

The rep that checked me in was super helpful. I had my little one with me & she was super patient, she even engaged with my baby. I wish I would have grabbed her name.
The property looks to be newly renovated, of course there are some flaws but this location looked better than any of the other ones.

Perfectly adequate. The rooms were clean (but older) and the beds were comfy. I felt very safe at the location and went on several walks around the building.

They completely redesigned this hotel and it looks great! Would have given them a 5, but they don’t have actual blankets on the bed so it can get cold.

We've stayed at a couple of hotels in Nacagdoches and by far this is the best of the price range. It's recently been redone and it's always clean. This is the second time we've been here and we are already booked for the 3rd time.

Hotel was very clean, newly remodeled. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the grounds were very tidy and neatly kept.

For the price we paid and it being a motel, it was better than we expected. It was recently renovated and it was really clean and fresh.

Great stay with quick & easy check in. The receptionist at check in & check out were both pleasant. Room & bathroom were both clean. We checked under the sheets & in cracks of mattress to find no surprises or stains! The mattress & pillows were comfortable. AC worked well in this Tx heat. Parking lot was well lit & clean. Outside trash cans & cigarette dispensers in good locations. My only suggestion would be a comfortable chair/ottoman or small couch in the room & more lighting.. There was a hard plastic desk chair but that was it. Overall we are pleased & will definitely use this hotel again.

Wow! It was the best Motel 6 that I have ever stayed! We were looking for a more expensive hotel, but did not book in time. We reserved the Motel 6, and were blown away by the cleanliness, great staff, communication at the front desk, and very quiet stay. We will definitely be staying here again when I visit my son in college.

I booked this hotel for my son as his ac went out in his apt. He got there at 10:30 pm to check in and waited over 30 min for a desk clerk. No one showed up. I called the 800 number and had to get rude just to get front desk number for that hotel. I got no answer so had to call hotels.com. they teied to get help and had to end up cancelling the reservation causing my son to have to drive 15 more minutes to another hotel. He got to the other hotel at 11:45 and went to sleep as he had to get up at 6 for work. I now believe rumors and reviews that this chain of hotels are horrible.

The inside of the property was clean and nice, but the outside had vitually no lights and someone could have easily been a victim of a mugging and/or robbery. I understand that managers want to cut costs anyway they can, but turning off your property lighting is unaccessible and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Night staff was nice. Volume on tv did not work. Outlets on lamp did not work. Toilet had to be plunged when we got to room before we could use it. Took them 2 hours to come do that.

We had two room's for graduation weekend. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We didnt have any problems with iur rooms. Only issue we had was that our room keys had to be fixed every night when we came back from my daughter's house.

It was ok. It's an older hotel that needs sime updating. The room was clean enough. The bath towels were like sandpaper but the shower had great water pressure. The area around the hotel as wellas some of the other guests were rather sketchy. The room served its purpose for my night stay. It was the only room available with in a 45 minute drive so I really had no other option. Staff was super friendly.

Our room wasnt ready at 430; should have been ready at 3 pm. AC didnt work. There was mold on the ceiling. There were drips on the unclean walls like blood. Manager couldnt give us another room until we insistex

Lobby smelled musty like mold. Carpet on stairs was dirty, stained and discusting. Carpet in room was stained, dirty and near bathroom was extremely wet. Bathtub took hours to drain after shower. Water up above ankles when done showering. No phone in room to call desk to report issues.
