Tough review to do. This hotel is older and needs some extra love. Lots of worn out areas. That being said, it was clean, well kept, fantastic breakfast layout, rooms were good and unworn out looking. All the staff were incredibly into doing good work. It was noticeable. And the price was less than other Marriotts in the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. But....for the owners, replacing some of the furniture (especially in the breakfast area) would be a smart thing to do for aesthetics.

The room we were given had a toilet that would not flush properly. However, we called the front desk and the assistant manager immediately switched our room with no hassle. The new room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were all friendly. They always greeted us whether we were leaving for the day or returning. The breakfast, though hot, could have been better attended. Of our 4 day stay, two days looked like they were serving left over from the previous day. The attendant spent more time outside than refilling the food bar. We gave up the last day and at out. Our grandson loved the pool! This is an older hotel but clean.

The stay was fine, lady at front desk was extremely friendly, but I’m very upset that you are charging me $3 a day to park on your parking lot! That was never disclosed! What’s next a dollar a gallon for water? Micro transactions will kill your business! I won’t be staying again at a Marriott property, it was no better than a La Quinta I paid half as much to stay at the night before! You have great people but very poor upper management.

Jessica at check in was fabulous. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast but very picked over around 8:45.

Pool was hard to get in and out of because it only had a ladder and not steps, the hot was down got email after we checked in that it was down, other than that everyone was nice

The rooms and hotel were clean and the service was good, however, when I received a bill for a $3.00/night parking fee, I was less than impressed. REALLY??? I won't be staying there again.

Hotel staff was fantastic and very friendly! Rooms were clean and comfortable!! Unfortunately the was the hot tub wasn’t working and didn’t find out until arrival. The other thing I would mention is the hotel needs a renovation and showed wear and tear.
In general staff was great, rooms were clean and would stay again!

When we booked, we booked a room with a king size bed. We have one at home, the bed we had was definitely not as big, a queen maybe??? Was a difficult sleep with my husbands Parkinson’s.

I stayed in an executive suite. The room had a few lamps and desk lights that you could only turn on/off by plugging in/unplugging. The coffee maker in the room was missing parts and did not work. The toilet seemed to be on its last legs and instead of flushing just filled up and then slowly over the course of an hour would return back to a normal level water height. The shower constantly dripped no matter what. One 32 inch tv that you have to manually swivel to face either the bedroom or the living room/desk area is hilarious for a Marriott Bonvoy property in the year 2023. Avoid

Jessica was at the desk when we checked in. She was more than welcoming and enthusiastic!! The door to our room 317, was hung off kilter, there was what appeared to be dried vomit on the carpet next to the trash can.pool and hit tub were dirty. The jets in the hot tub were non working. Very dated hotel.

The stay was fine, and the staff were friendly. Be aware that the hotel charges $3 per night to park in an area where free parking is ample. They do not mention this or confirm that you are parking in their lot. There is a message of the fee on their website, if you hunt for it. This is an unnecessary charge that would prevent us from staying here again.

Ants in room and when checked out no one at desk. Employees sitting in lobby. I relayed the ants all over the desk and they said have a good day.
This is the first time Travelocity recommended a poor hotel. Also was a $3 parking fee charged for an empty lot.
