Great stay for our family. We needed a quick stay that was safe, clean, budget-friendly and comfy and the Quality Inn was perfect for it.

I really got a bang for my buck.

Heater only blew cold air. 3bugs on floor.
Could not get coffee pot to work.we drove past hotel 3 times and could not get to it.

The rooms are clean and spacious though our toilet did not flush well. The bed was comfy and the room was well stocked with towels. The gentleman at the front desk was not rude but not hospitable or forthcoming with even the direction to get to the room. Breakfast was served but labeled as healthy with only one fruit choice and a few choices of breads or waffles. We've stayed at this property a few times because it's very close to where we need to be and we'll stay again unless the price goes up

First, let's address the bug in the room. A huge one. Afterwards the entire place was dirty. Towels had spots on them. Toilet sometimes would not flush. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor snores. Planes flying over the property every 20 min. Mini bar and ac extremely noisy.

Do not stay at this property. They have no elevators to help with luggage. Lights flicker for minutes before even turning on. Bath tub does not drain and shower curtain was filthy

We did not stay. We walked in, checked the beds and didn't even have to pull the blankets off or check the mattress to get red flags. There were hairs, all types, on the pillows, bedspread, and wall. As we pulled off the cover, it only got worse. We hated to be "those" people, but this place was dirty. The chair had white marks all over. There was grossness all around. Plus, it didnt smell that great. . . The only plus was we were allowed to check another room, but it was only slightly better; still no dice. We are grateful that we were allowes to cancel and submit for reimbursement without too much hassle. We think because the evidence was just overwhelming.

I'm surprised the hotel does not have an elevator as I thought that was an ADA requirement. Front desk staff was very courteous, shuttle to the airport in the morning was prompt. The noise outside was a bit loud, but did not inhibit my sleep.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Cereals, waffle, bagels, coffee that was pretty much it for the three night we stayed. They could've at least offered boiled eggs.

The staff is nice, but the heater is awful - very loud, too hot, and doesn't stop unless you turn it off completely, - then you are freezing. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Breakfast is bare minimum

This was the only place I stayed on my trip and myself and my travel partner work up with bites all over us. Everyone instantly said they are bed bug bites. I’ve never had bed bugs but this is disgusting. I’ve washed all of my clothing i had with me and am praying they didn’t travel back with us!!!!! Everyone working there was lovely but I’m so grossed out and praying 😞

This is our go to place to stay when we come back to Pittsburgh to visit family. It’s centrally located between our families in Beaver and Allegheny county. Rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Counter staff were good. It was clean, but walls and floors seem to be made of thin plywood - floor shook when you walk on it, could hear EVERYTHING from room next door ALL NIGHT

Beds were comfortable and clean. Fridge in room made loud popping noises all night, and the shower squealed the entire time it was running as if the water pressure was too much for the shower head to handle. Limited parking.

Very clean and a good motel for the price!
I only have one very strong criticism about the room we stayed in. There was no grab bar or bars in the tub, shower, and the shower floor was very slippery and this really poses a danger to us”older generation”!

Pleasantly surprised by a clean, bright, convenient place close to the concert venue. Friendly service, spacious room, and the nicest dining area and continental breakfast we’ve seen in a long time. Price was reasonable; it had all the usual perks, but we didn’t need to pay for anything beyond the safe, clean, quiet night’s sleep and a good start to the trip home. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Arrived on Monday and stayed until Friday morning. Upon arrival check in went smoothly. Exterior and Interior were both great and both were totally updated. Room clean and everything worked. Staff was also great. Would highly recommend. Definitely staying here again on my trip back to Pittsburgh!

Place was filthy. Hairs were found on the pillows and in the sheets. Bathroom counter was dirty. And couch and uncleared stains from things. Noisy as well from airplanes flying in every couple minutes.
