When we arrived the toliet would not flush and they brought us a plunger and made us plunge it ourselves. We were not the ones that clogged it, we asked for the plunger within 5 minutes of entering the room. There was also trash in our room.

The first room was dirty and smoke filled. The second room we went to was dirty as well especially the shower. My wife cleaned the shower herself, afterwards she ran the water for her to get the shower drain was clogged water was back up. So we didn’t take a shower. Front desk was very courteous. It was late and didn’t feel like moving again

Very nice property, comfortable beds, nice small living area in the room is a plus. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety from making your own waffles to premade omelets and breakfast sausage, fresh fruit, yogurts, etc. The dining area is bright and clean as well. Very convenient to I26, you can walk to shopping and dining.

The room was bery clean, the bed was very comfortable and the man working the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. There is a lot of shopping and dining close to hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I go Summerville.

The lady at the front desk was so kind. I had a long day and was exhausted, it was so nice being greeted by such a wonderful woman. She made my day.

Great stay. Would highly recommend. Will stay again. Close to everything in Summerville. The only negative thing I can say is the milk containers at the breakfast bar had expired the day before.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Gigantic room, SUPER quiet, restaurants and a WalMart super close. But most importantly, super friendly staff! Check-in took less than a minute. Will absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here before sailing out on a cruise. Staff was friendly. Good location, hotel was clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was more of a continental breakfast and not a full in my opinion. But would stay again and would recommend to family and friends

This hotel is a hidden gem in Summerville /Charleston area. According to Expedia, it is recently renovated in 2020
and it indeed looks brand new. It feels like you are in a 4 start hotel. The room is clean and updated, everything is new and fresh. The staff is super friendly. Only 20 mins from downtown Charleston. Highly recommended!

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. From the lobby to our room everything was clean, and smelled fresh and clean. Our room was the perfect temperature and the bathroom was absolutely spotless. The bed was so comfortable it took no time to fall asleep. And I usually toss and turn in a hotel.
The front desk staff were so polite, kind and helpful. It felt like I was in someone’s home vs a hotel.
