They had a lot of options for breakfast you and the staff was nice.

The gentleman at the help desk was super friendly, helpful for restaurants and anything I needed. Room could be bigger and door to bathroom didn’t close and tv was too hard to understand. Cleanliness about a 7. If it wasn’t for the help at the front desk at check in would probably search elsewhere. Overall 6

We're in town for a wedding facility was in a great location for us and not to far from downtown. I'm happy to share that staff was wonderful to us. I just wished it wasn't that hot in the swimming pool room.

The hotel was easy to get to and plenty of parking. I was in a suite with a separate bedroom but it had a pullout couch and tv you had to walk through as you came in from the hallway to get in the main room. It also didn’t have any air vent and filled up with the smell of marijuana! There was roaches and the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work.

Hotel was gross overall. Pool is tiny and waaay too crowded. We found food left from previous guests in room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was in an excellent location for us as a one night stay in route to our destination.

The location itself isn't horrible but the room had a horrible smell from some air freshener. They had me sign the no smoking policy but upon entering the room realized no one cares about it and with the bathroom venting is all connected as one and the smoke smell came right thru it. I tried turning the bathroom vent on but it didn't seem to help. The location could use a good cleaning and some painting to make it decent.

The room had a tv search history which included porn and illegal drug usage, with a video still loaded and in an open tab. This, combined with the ice-bag covered smoke detector, paints a vivid picture of the previous occupant's activities in that room. Not only is a covered smoke detector in on functioning one, but the second adjacent living room area straight up had a missing detector and only the attached base could be seen on the wall. This Is unacceptable. I felt grossed out for the entire night. Then i had to start my morning off arguing my case to the receptionist, regarding proper compensation for this unpleasant nonsense. This was this past friday to saturday and i was told that the GM would reach out regarding the matter. I wanted until end-of-day monday to reach out lin order to gove her a chance to make things right. Radio silence. I am very unhappy woth the stay and it was anything but relaxing.

Breakfast needs an improvement, while there was a nice selection, nothing was HOT(lukewarm at best), and the biscuits and hash browns were hard and inedible, The pancake machine had an out of order sign on it as well.

Absolutely amazing hotel, rooms are great, manager is wonderful, very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Best breakfast so far this trip.

It was in a quiet area with a short car ride to dinner options. I did miss the hot tub they used to have.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for two nights during visit. Hotel on a whole looks tired and could benefit from a renovation. Staff was always friendly and took care of everything.

Price and location was good for us

Hotel was clean and safe! People were polite and friendly. Far enough from main road that it was not to noisy, but close enough to be convenient. Would have got 4 stars but the bed was uncomfortable and coffee needs improvement!

Overall good amenities and convenient handicapped parking right in front. Friendly staff. TV guide not user friendly at all and cannot see any programming info, but so be it with your cable service. The toilet seat would not stay up (not handy for guys) and staff said maintenance would repair right away, but that did not happen. There was mold in the in-room coffee pot. I had to go to front desk to get a replacement. The lift mechanism on the bathroom sink did not work at all. All in all, poor housekeeping quality control. The large-screen TV on Saturday evening changed to Apple Airplay and I could not do anything about it. Front desk had no idea of a fix either. Finally I unplugged the TV and that helped, but it happened three more times. Front desk said it was "teenagers and their I-phones." Not real handy for paying customers. More quality control missing. I had stayed at this facility several years ago, and the breakfast quality has gone downhill, but still not bad. Generally good choices and hot items were hot, so that was a plus. What is going on at this facility mirrors the lack of quality control and and management oversight present today in most all businesses. Times have changed, and not for the better.

Front desk help excellent, dinning staff, not so freindly. Couldn't read temp control on air/heat unit.

It smelled like old cologne, the beds were uncomfortable. It was clean, just out of date and the bathroom was tiny

When I entered the property, a rather large gentleman greeted me at the desk (Hurley or Harley?). I told him I made two reservations through hotels.com, to which he responded that “I hate third party sites”. He then was “only able to find one reservation”. We went back and forth between Hotels.com and him. So I booked another on hotels.com. He was unable to find that either… (all three of these were using room vouchers). So I then paid full price for a room at the desk. It was 5:00 am, and I just wanted to sleep. I found out today (three days later) that they denied the refund back to hotels.com, so I ended up paying for four rooms, despite only using two… As someone who travels for a living (100+ days per year in hotels), I will NEVER book with best western again. EVER. (This is the 2nd one that screwed me over , other was in Selma, TX)

Everything was excellent services and desk staff was timely room was excellent

Quiet vicinity

I decided to go with a suite this time. I could hear through the walls. I heard the people next door come in at 4 a.m. both nights! They were LOUD and then Saturday at 4:30 a.m. they decided to have a screaming fight for 20 minutes. The bathroom sink was cloged and the sheets were too small for the bed so the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed.
