Terrible! I canceled my stay after getting into the room. TVs and light switch were not working. There was no manager on duty, and several people complained about the service, room issues, etc.
It's not the holiday I know.

Shower door in operable, bathroom dilapidated, ice machine on ground floor not operating, TV service from direct tv was intermittent.
Front desk staff was very courteous and friendly.

Pool area was well stocked with towels and kept clean, beds were comfy. Downsides, the lobby smelled like cologne/perfume. Need to stop using such aggressive air fresheners. Also there was no extra bedding for the pull out bed.

I thought I would give the hotel a second try since our last visit we had a leak, this time the room wasn't perfect things missing from the wall but the hooks there for a long mirror, not perfectly clean. And the air didn't work all that well. The staff was nice.

Dirty rooms. Old rugs & couch. Dirty furniture & microwave. Old coffee pods. Smelly rooms.

Kind of dirty. No supplies...had to ask multiple times for soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Coffee & hot water thermos always empty or cold. Toilet & sink broken. When breakfast runs out there are no refills even during breakfast time. Pool cloudy.

Old building that needs a lot of work. They try to mask it with paint and decorations but everything seems to be falling apart. First room they gave me had leaks everywhere and mold. Second room they gave me door wasn’t working and maintenance had to come fix it because they had no other rooms available. Air conditioning leaked all over carpet and mattresses were horrible. Staff was trying to do their best with what they had.

I reserved a room via hotels.com, and when I arrived to check in I learned that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation wouldn't be honored. I didn't receive any notification from the hotel or hotels.com beforehand.

If you are thinking of staying here, DONT!!!!! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to ever. The AC didn’t work, there was a mouse running around our room leaving droppings everywhere, they gave us pillows with no pillow cases, had no towels and there were roaches. When we asked to be moved to another room because we got in late and the children were sleeping, they refused and said they were overbooked. They offered to discount our first night and never followed through. We ended up leaving after already paying for our stay and would you believe the general manager and hotel staff have been giving me the run around about my refund. This is the most frustrating experience ever. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

The AC in the room was not working at all. Could neither lower or raise the temp. Mentioned it to front desk, they said they would send a technician and never came. Sheets were a bit dirty and worn out. Body wash dispenser was broken and overall facade was dirty with bags and trash out in the open

Staff was very good. The room had a bad smell. After leaving the door open for about an hour went away. I suspect the AC needs to be replaced. The room was comfortable but a bit dated if you care about such things which I don't

Sink area was small but clean and updated. Bed clean and comfortable. Need to add free breakfast to make up for the lack of other shortcomings.b

Vrb booked us in here from Boynton Beach because vrb host did not honor our stay. Hotel is ok. Not enough towels in room for 5 guests, had to ask,no sheets, pillows. Quilt I room for sofa bed had to ask, funny smell in room, top of toilet tank gone replaced with some plastic cover too big, hair gross wrapped around buttons tv remote could not have been cleaned, back of toilet one cap broken lid previous peed it it not cleaned, mattress needs to be replace on sofa bed, well past it’s best time, hot tub jets did not work. Tired hotel

We were impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the handicap accessible room.
Our biggest complaint is that the roll-in shower did not have a bench to sit on. How is a handicapped person going to shower?! A transfer bench needs to be installed immediately.

When i arrived the hotel had over booked,they didn't have room available that i booked for which was double beds..

125 for my dog, costs more for the dog than me. Add in a security which was was more money I expected for a 2 night trip. Next time with get a bigger bang for the buck. Top price for average everything

Quiet spot, but a cold shower sucks when you aren’t looking for it. Also my roach buddy in the bathroom didn’t care for it either, he bailed by the toilet.
