Our stay was very comfortable. We had a bad first night due to stomping/running/jumping above us at 5AM. Luckily, it didn’t happen any other night.
Breakfast was perfect for us. That was a big bonus.

It was a great stay , however the rooms humid so there were spiders around bathroom and sink area. Also our room was not cleaned the 2nd day there.front desk was helpful and courteous and met my needs and my family stay.

We loved the hotel and the service. Employees were great. Breakfast was a bit disappointing in regards to choices but not a deal breaker.

It was a short stay as we were there for a two day sports tournament. The pool closed at 10pm so we didn’t get a chance to even enjoy the pool. The customer service was fast and efficient, and the breakfast in the morning was kept full.

Needs some updates the bathtub was stained they need a new one. The room was dusty. Carpet had red stains. We checked in on a Thursday night and checked out Sunday morning. We had to request for someone to come clean our room Saturday and pick up towels and replace with some fresh ones. At first we were told just place all garbage and towels outside your room and someone would be by to pick them up….bizarre!!! Gross! Who wants to walk down to there room and see garbage and dirty towels in the hallway!!! And besides the bizarre request she wasn’t very nice in saying it. But her co worker heard her telling us this then came around the corner and told us someone will be in to clean it. We returned to our room Saturday night to a clean room. Not sure if the other woman was lazy or rude maybe both, who knows… not my problem. I shouldn’t have to ask to get my room cleaned after two nights. The other party we were traveling with had the same issue with the cleaning.

Nicly updated and clean room. King suite had everything we needed. Pool and spay was clean and kept up nice. Complimentary breakfast had good options.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the mattress for the sofa was disgusting. I did reach out to management and they said they would resolve that issue but just be aware of that. Now, a little dirty is fine but the mattress was fully stained through to the other side to the point that flipping it was useless. Otherwise, location and everything else was perfect.

The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the evening staff, super kind to my children. Pool was very busy Saturday night, but staff kept towels stocked. Accessible bathrooms were great and important to my older family members. Very pleased with our stay.

Property needs an update. Bathroom was small and well worn. There were several loud groups staying. Staff tried hard and were responsive when issues were raised.

The property was great and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Hot tub was cold the first night but was hot by the next day. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Very clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Continental breakfast every morning was great with many options. Shuttle drivers were so helpful and it was SO handy to have a ride to and from nearby shopping. Did not notice any noise from planes flying over, since it’s close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel itself is nice, our room was kind of run down though. Paint on walls chipped, bathtub safety mat old and stained, dead box elders on window sill, and the most annoying, the drawer on the nightstand in between the beds kept popping open.
Front desk did call maintenance right away as requested. Also, a loud group of teens there for the weekend ran up and down the halls over and over again all hours of the day and night. I heard another guest complain and front desk staff did attempt to find kids, but apparently couldn’t because it still was loud.
Overall, a good stay. I’d probably stay again, just will double check room before I settle in.

This property went out of its way to make sure you had everything you needed. They had great breakfasts and cookies at night. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was excellent. I would stay here every time we need hotel in this area.

Only complaint we had was a sticky bathroom door. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable beds and pillows and they actually have great hair care products. Hostess was so nice as well!!

We did not know that we had to pay extra for the Shuttle to the airport & parking at the hotel because we booked through Hotels.com. Otherwise, our stay was excellent-good breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff, very clean accommodations.

Overall trip was good, the only drawback to the room was it did have a smell like stale cigarettes.

Me and my boyfriend stay here quite frequently. We have never really had any “serious” issues up until this last time. We got woken up at 6am by a family in a room near us. After we had a late check in the night before. My boyfriend called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do. He was being polite, and was talking calmly to Lynette, who was working the front desk. And she jumped down his throat and said that she was “sick of hearing his voice.” Completely uncalled for. Rude, and so unprofessional. It completely caught him off guard. Considering that we paid over $100 for one night of sleep, and didn’t get to sleep hardly at all, And then to have your employee respond to him rude like that?! Ridiculous. We have been loyal guests with you for quite some time now, but now after we were disrespected like that, we will never be returning again. Completely unnecessary.

Everything was great! Loved the water pressure, spaciousness of the room, and breakfast. My only complaint was the mattress was a little hard, but some may like a firmer mattress.
