The stay was amazing! Made a great night for a 21st birthday. The hotel left a cute little birthday cake in room for birthday girl!

Good location by waterfront and walking distance to shopping and restaurants in CBD. Not too far from airport. Good sized rooms, hotel bar open late, pleasant staff.

We stayed at the same hotel 3 weeks prior. This time there was no champagne on arrival and no room with a view.
The bar wasn’t open so I’m presuming things are different on the weekend. It also cost us a lot more this time around.

Excellent stay at the Duxton. Staff were great. All were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself, facilities and our room were great too. We had a lovely view overlooking the Swan River.
Food at the hotel was excellent. From breakfast, to bar food to the restaurant. All top quality.
All in all, a great hotel.

Check in long and tedious.
Paid extra for a newly refurbished room and was allocated an older room.
Hotel is old and weathered. Hopefully they’ll renovate all soon.

We were very lucky to receive an upgrade to a newly refurbished swan view suite. The luxurious & spacious room enhanced an already enjoyable experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is ridiculous to charge AUD65 for valet parking for one night.
Property is dated and carpets in the room needs an update or a deep clean.
Staff were excellent, reception concierge, F&B and Maintenance.

No hot water in the morning. Could not wash hair prior to 5 hour flight home.

Nice enough, but a budget hotel charging high prices. Original room was dingy and dusty and we upgraded. Next room still dingy and dusty but club features great. Check in staff exceptional.

Great hotel in a good location, nice size bathroom, heated towel rail and filtered tap water a plus. Decent view even from city side. Friendly attentive staff. Pool was a little disappointing for a hotel of this size you’d expect it to be bigger. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Checkin was poor, room wasn’t ready, was told we would be notified when it was ready - no notification, waited and hour, went back to reception and told it was now ready

room service was thru an app that didn't work for ordering room service and when phoned to place an order was greeted by friendly front end service then transferred to kitchen that disconnected and unable to get room service.
