Unclean

I stayed in a room where it was supposed to be none smoking, but it smelled like smoke, The shower floor had a nasty stain in it , The room when you first open the door had a stench in it, People were in and out at the back door where the pool is, like it was a Trap/Dope house, Police was calling out for a disturbing, I couldn’t sleep with all the noise from the people that was on top of me, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for a stay

It is an alright place to stay. The weekends get really live in this hotel and a little loud.But during the weekdays it's all good. They will be at your door by check out if you don't pay before 11am. So pay.

This is not a safe place for kids my money was wasted that night my kids could not stay there they were scared seeming doors homeless people just coming around

Smells really bad

They gave me a filthy room upon initially arriving and I can’t stress how nasty the hotel is. DEFINITELY won’t be staying here again.

Great establishment

Staff will allow you to be assaulted to many woman are dying from domestic violence not been allowed to have a voice to speak nor ask for help because their been silenced. I was told if I called the police I would be asked to leave and I paid for a room and it was in my name. The room I was giving was a complete mess someone else's hair was in my bed sockets from the plugs where hanging off unsafely mold inside tub and toilet just a mess

No one present at the front desk having to call the phone number is what alerted the front Dess staff calling the front Dess to inform them that I’d like to extend they pick up the phone and they hang it up. I called again they pick up the phone and they hang up again.

Please change the sheets out the bed spread out and new blinds with out cigarette wholes.

The property/hotel was clean and the staff was good, however at this particular day/night , sketchy people were all over the place, this is not the hotels fault! And maybe it's not like that all the time, I would stay there again if I had to

The condoms on the side walk near the side entrance, the syringes beside my car in the morning, the pimp waiting inside the lobby at 2AM as I checked out, The tile floor in the bathroom room unsafe, no longer bonded to floor, the tile raised up 3/4 inch be tub. The sparse furniture which looks re-purposed for the night stand and tv stand. Typical M-6, and my last stay at a Motel 6.

The hotel staff are some of the nicest I have ever met. I have stayed in hotels for the better part of the past 10 years for various reasons and this group of people are very good at their jobs. In no time was I ever talked down upon or talked beyond so that I did not understand. My only issue is that I would really like to see a daily printout of my charges instead of all at the end. That particular request is to every hotel these days not just this one. The place was quiet clean but for some reason the pool area is closed which is unfortunnate the location of the hotel doesn't have much to do besides eat and I'm from Dallas. Over all a great stay the rooms are very spacious very clean and you get a small drinks fridge and microwave included along with a two person table to eat at which is fixed to the wall.

This was a complete waste of money. Expedia should be ashamed to have them on their site. The TV was hanging on the wall with electrical tape, vulgar profanity etched in the furniture and mirror. The staff did not care and was in no way accommodating when we told them the heater didn't work, and told me to wait for it to heat up and we returned to the desk an hour later to ask them to check it thru told me to speak with mgmt in the AM. I showed pictures of my complaints and nothing was addressed. Very very disappointed and will be speaking with Motel 6 corporate offices ASAP! We drove 4 1/2 hrs and had no other options. I will never patronize another Motel 6 establishment EVER!

Bad customers the cleaning crews Rude. The room has only two towel only.

Hotel was dirty, room was a non-smoking yet smelled like cigarettes and had 2 ash trays by the bed. Halls smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Extremely dirty. Totally a scam and should be shut down. NEVER going there again.

I wait at the front desk for 20 minutes one of the customers that live there has to go look for someone to come to the front desk. It was nasty. Cigarette burns all over the toilet. The water splash it the sink and wet my clothes. The property is gross and completely nasty. I stayed 3 hours and left.

Even coffee was not available after multiple requests.

Literally found a hypodermic needle in my room... Cigarette holes in the bed coverings and torn holes in the drapes. The sink counter was coming away from the wall, the door to the bathroom was inoperable, light fixtures were missing coverings, etc. The ceiling in the hall on the second floor had a massive hole in the drywall that was "covered" with a plastic sheet and the plastic sheet was dangling around head-height. Were my stay not an emergency, I would have left after checking in to the room. Motel 6 should not allow the current owners of this property to manage any of their properties if they have hopes of their brand maintaining any sort of positive reputation.

Staying at this location you wouldn’t think the inside would look the way it did . Good thing i didn’t book for 2 nights the toilet barely flushed , shower water was cold everytime i attempted to take a shower .. the bed look like it’s never been cleaned . graffiti on the wall .. the was missing the extra protection of being locked.

The costumer service was terrible

Terrible. Manager put his hands on me by shoving me back with my personal stuff and saying they didn't had no rooms but I already paid and made me take out $100 for deposit right after I already paid.

I arrived at motels 6 and they don't have any power. I can't even check in so i left, hop i can get my money refunded

The upkeep of this facility has not been done. Things were broken in the room that have just been left. The information said it was a non-smoking room but there was evidence of smoking to include the smell. It was a horrible place to stay. Had to get new sheets because the one's on the bed looked like they had not been cleaned.

Air conditioning didn’t work was told it was fixed but not. I didn’t stay and I want a FULL refund.

Rude staff. Place was straight up disgusting. I’m never one to complain but when the floor is gross, there’s stains all over the bed, mirror is broken, the bed breaks. We got moved into a new room and there was this gigantic water stain on the roof with mold all over it, the curtains, and the fridge below it. Floor once again unswept with stains everywhere, hair all over the bathroom, we found a cockroach. Pool was “closed for the season” despite it being June. Area around was sketchy and dirty. Lobby was dirty. Whole place was had a damp feel probably from wherever the water damage was from.

There was homeless people coming in and out and outside the complex was people in car doing indecent things.

There were people hanging out outside in the parking lot. A few of them were smoking a blunt, one was either a prostitute or just doing a very convincing cosplay as one. Check was uneventful. The stair to the upper level creak and feel spongy. The door to the room is a bit difficult to latch even harder to actually lock, I had to lift up the door inside the jam and engage the lock, same process for unlocking the door. The light switches in the door go to nowhere. The TV works but flashes black for a second every two to three seconds. The bed was very firm, that’s as nice as I can put it. The shower has mold growing in the caulking. While searching for the vending machines, which the arrows on the walls with the text “vending” do not point to, I was asked by a seemingly random guest if I had a car. I told them I didn’t and he wondered off mumbling something about needing a blunt wrap. I finally do find vending downstairs not too far from the front desk. The machines won’t accept my card and I don’t have change so break a $5 at the front desk, but only the drink machine will accept bills, so I take me drink and return to my room. I heard people running in the hall, sounded like a foot race from inside my room, until I finally fell asleep around 2am.

This was the grossest place I’ve ever been too we checked in and went to the rooms on our way we saw a couple of people who do special “bedroom work” we weren’t even there for 20 minutes before we left and just got a different hotel. Hotel staff was slow and of course no refund for the rooms we booked.. but I would waste $150 any day to never have to stay there
