Very nice and clean hotel!! Service was great. Breakfast could be a little more and not so small area. Our room was not available when we arrived but front desk upgraded us with no questions asked. Cleaniness was very nice and refreshing. Very polite and welcoming service desk!! Lots of nearby food and gift shops. Minutes away from parks and outlets.

We booked this hotel for our first night in Orlando because we were getting it in late and it didn’t matter, so we went for a “cheap” place before going to our fancy resort the next day. However, this hotel really surprised us in every way how nice it was. Excellent staff! Super clean! Great breakfast! As a family who typically stays in $350+ a night hotels, this stay changed our mind about cheaper hotels. Fairfield Inn and Suites will be on our radar for any future trip. It was a WONDERFUL stay. And the Indian restaurant next-door was the icing on the cake!

This Fairfield Inn was exceptional! Our stay was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included with our stay and had great options. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando.

I could not find my wedding ring after returning to my room for breakfast. After calling the front desk, the supervisors from the cleaning group immediately came up to help me look for it to no avail. Fortunately, after I returned home, I found it had worked its way into a small pocket of my suitcase. The room seemed to be clean and the entire hotel smelled good. The only issue I had was seeing the lady cleaning the room next door take a bottle of water and pour it on the mop to map the bathroom. Other than that one incident, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and convenient but our doors were stuck and we had a hard time to enter the exterior door as well as the suite door we were unable to close it completely . There were no sheets available for the twin size sofa pull out bed in which the description stated a full size sofa bed . A worker followed my teenage kids around who were not disturbing anyone they were just grabbing breakfast.

We booked the property as it was close to the parks, but without park pricing and they had shuttle service. Once we arrived we were told by the front desk that their shuttle was not running on Friday as it was “broken”. When we returned from the park Friday we asked if the shuttle was fixed, the same lady working the desk gave a confused look. She said the shuttle was not broke. Nothing like paying extra money for Uber when nobody knows what is going on. Come to find out the “free shuttle to the parks” only goes to 4 places. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon on their schedule. Stay away.

Nice renovated hotel. Super friendly staff, coffee and water all day at the lobby was a nice touch. Breakfast ok. No parking fees no resort fees. Excellent location, near everything!

The advertising of the shuttle to Disney properties is overstated. It isn’t user friendly and using it would greatly reduce hours in the parks without transferring to other parks. The water pressure and max temperature of the showers was not great

This turned out to be a great experience. The front desk employee Brianna was so helpful and informative. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Housekeeping manager Sylvia and one of her staff member Erenia really went the extra mile. We were going to DisneyWorld and it was very close and convenient. Very pleased.

BEWARE - hotel looks nothing like the pics now! I am not by any means a picky person - I’ve never sent back food or complained about accommodations but this hotel changed all that! Driving up you’re greeted with green stuff growing on the exterior. Immediately after walking into our room it was musty, my eyes started to water and nose started to plug up, as I’m highly allergic to mold. Dust on ceiling vents, rust spots, large spots of chipped paint, a broken cupboard immediately caught my eye. We had a 1 bedroom suite, putting our teen on the pullout sofa. We could not open the bathroom door and the bedroom door at the same time, as they hit each other. The king bed sunk in the middle, with the feeling of springs poking through. The pullout bed was browned with age. It was not comfortable, welcoming or clean. Expedia tried to work with the hotel for a refund but they refused. We lasted an hour before getting a different Marriott hotel, and eating that cost. I was not only disappointed in how the hotel handled the situation, but how Marriott had neglected this property!

The room was HORRIBLE! It felt like a cheap motel rather than a Fairfield Inn. The shiny paint on the walls made it feel cheap and uninviting. The furniture showed MUCH wear and tear. I tried to open a drawer of the dresser and couldn't - it was jammed? There was no fan in the bathroom so upon 4 of us showering in the morning the room was incredibly humid then, even after going to have breakfast and returning to the room. The bathtub I assumed was just an odd shade, but upon running my fingernail across it I realized it was SCUM THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED! And there was some kind of oily marks on the shower wall above the soap etc dispensers that my finger could rub away = gross! Add to all of that that the drain didn't drain well so after each shower we were left standing in a few inches of soapy-dirty-rinsed-off water, which meant the next to shower started their shower in it. There was no alarm clock; had to ask for one! I called front desk the night we arrived asking if there were other rooms not as outdated and in such poor condition as ours but (I think) he said they were all the same, and there wasn't anywhere to change us to as they were nearly sold out. Great. The parking felt unsafe behind a shopping strip. The only positive I can say about this hotel was that every employee we came in contact with be it at the front desk, dining area, or the man who brought us up fresh towels -- they were all very pleasant and as helpful as they could be.

EXCELLENT ALL ROUND, amaxing hotel, breakfast, coffee and tea all day in reception a bonus, AMAXING BED AND ROOM, 5 mins from Disney Springs , highly recommend for shopping and eats, free Disney bus connection to allparks, free parking, highly recommended.

I decided to stayed there because of the good reviews but to my surprise this place was very disappointing I couldn’t wait to get out . Our room had a horrible smell like pee and wet dog . Our shower tub was dirty and falling apart . They definitely need to renovate the room. They only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast only open from 6-9 am

The hotel property is good. However throughout the parking lot is full of car damaging pot holes at the 1st entrance in... I realize that's the property managements problem... But it takes away from your hotels experience.

The proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort was very convenient. The room had a lot of space and appeared in good condition. The continental breakfast was very plentiful and friendly staff attending each morning.
