I booked on here the night before thanksgiving I had my daughter I’m a truck driver my time was out and guess what they wouldn’t let me get my room!!!!! They give people booked through them priority while still collecting money off this app!!! I sat in the inside with no room watching people get rooms after me devastated and it takes 7-10 for a refund I’ll never book here again

I liked everything about this property. Clean, convenient, easy access to dining and entertainment.

Spend a weekend here due to a business training and I would definitely stay again! Close to highways a mall and a variety of restaurants. Breakfast was good 😊

Excellent value. Area can get congested and busy, especially with road construction. Restaurants very close. Close to shopping. Facility plain but clean.

The hotel was a little older but clean. I loved the easy access to old town and shopping. Great location. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled and needs to be refreshed. There was a large cockroach on the bath room counter. The host was niced and allowed a change of rooms, which was better, but still had old musty smells.

This hotel is in dire need of an update. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The hotel is centrally located but was surrounded by highway construction making navigation at night a little tricky. We usually stay at the Drury hotel chain, which has a great free breakfast. My husband, who usually loves breakfast, said the scrambled eggs were undercooked, and he only tried breakfast one day. There were dead crickets along the wall next to our table causing me to question cleanliness. The elevator was dirty the length of our stay. The sheets either had been washed too many times or just weren't clean. I noticed a blood stain in the corner of the comforter. I regretted not bringing a black light flashlight with me. We had driven a long way, were only staying for 3 -nights, and I did not have the energy to search for another hotel. There was a Dallas Cowboys game that weekend. Bottom line--this is the first and last time we stay at a Fairfield Inn & Suites.

What I booked is not what I got. I booked for a king suite with a queen bunk bed and separate room and living room, but I didn’t get it. I was switched to a two queen bed which was cheaper than a suite . The bathroom tub and sink were dirty. The drawer was damaged, the bathroom fan vent was broken and didn’t work. Just imagine taking a shower and the vent doesn’t work and the weather was in the 100s. I was switched to another room two days later. The third room was worser than the second one because one of the bed was squeaking every time my husband and I moved around. The worst part is when we saw a big roach but we find out it was a water bug that looked like a roach . I was screaming my gut out because it’s was disgusting. I was so disappointed about some of the employees were so rude and unprofessional. They were upset because I was complaining. Anyone all I want is the difference money I was owned from the suits room to the two queens room.

Everything was great. Clean and quite and breakfast was good.

The staff was courteous and polite. The carpet in the elevator was stained and looked dirty. The hot breakfast was good, the workout room was sufficient and the indoor pool was nice

We were suppose to have a King Suite with a sleeper sofa, but when we got there it was only a King room. All three of us could not sleep in the bed, so one of us had to sleep on the floor. They were sold out, so we could not move to another room. There were towels in the room for only 2 people, we had to go down to the front desk for more towels.

The staff were great and the overall service was good. but the Hotel itself is showing its age. Fixtures are rusty, Lights make noises when you turn them on, furniture is worn, etc. The hotel was clean, but tired. The only complaint I have is about the bed. It was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I had back pain after sleeping on this bed for one night. It was even worse the Second night.

Consruction around the area was a little confusing. Everything you could possibly want to eat.

We love everything about our stay. Only thing was the bathroom door didnt shut or click in place.

This property is the most rundown Fairfield I’ve been too. But staff is great! Definitely needs a remodel the elevator smells like a mechanics garage

Customer service was great and the lady that helped me was great. Thankful for her solving my issues and getting me taken care of. The hotel has offered everything their website says they have. Very satisfied with my stay and customer service.

My wife, two children, and I recently stayed at this property on memorial day weekend. We stayed for four days and three nights. The property was poorly kept, and for the duration of our stay, the room was never cleaned. When I asked the hotel staff why they didn’t clean the room the day prior they said they only clean it every two days, which is understandable but we were there for three and it was never cleaned. To the point that we needed to go ask for more coffee for the room and clean towels. Other areas of the hotel just seemed to lack upkeep: the vent in the bathroom didn’t function, some lighting in the room was out, and utilizing the couch pull out bed the mattress was very old, and the kids as light as they are, could feel the springs. But the worst of all were pillows. They were of incredibly cheap quality. I haven’t slept on a pillow so cheap since I was broke and in high school! My advice if you want a good nights sleep stay somewhere else.

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately the elevator was not working during my visit.

We had stayed here 4 or 5 nights previous on the first floor and everything was good. We were quite satisfied. This time we were on the second floor. It left us wanting. This time was more expensive as well. The elevator seriously needs to be cleaned! It gave me pause. It's a carb heavy breakfast, so they need more options like eggs and meat. No luggage rack available so i had to slug everything upstairs. When we checked out though, we were able to utilize one
