I always stay here when i come to denver..very friiendly staff and i love the fact they have a shuttle

I would have given this hotel a better rating, except for the signing up for the shuttle part.
When we checked in, and I requested a space on the 7am shuttle for the following morning, the clerk handed me the clipboard and told me to sign my room number in the appropriate space. I did. Taking the last two slots for thw 7 am shuttle. To our surprise the following morning, there was no 7 am shuttle because no one had signed up for it! I explained to the clerk that I had indeed signed up; she showed me the paper, which did not have any names listed. I think the previous clerk had me sign the sheet for the wrong day. Fortunately, they were able to get us on the 7:30 shuttle. I have never had to sign myself up for a shuttle! Other than that mishap, the room was fine.

Before booking this hotel i called to verify they shuttled to the airport we had a early am flight. When speaking with the front desk i was assured they would shuttle us for our flight so i booked room. Upon arrival to hotel i again asked about early am Shuttle and was again told yes they had us down. We then got a call at 1 am stating there was no shuttle available. We were left scrambling for a ride, lyft was called and took us to airport. The hotel was not willing to do anything for inconvenience and miss information given. Will not recommend this hotel or ever stay there again.

The fan and heat lamp had a hole in the ceiling around it. Didn't look appropriate.

When we called and reserved rooms they gave us a specific price. We are a tax exempt organization, we prepared our finances for that price. They also told ys they would honor our tax exempt. When we arrived they would not honor our tax exempt and said it would be $6,000 more than what we were told. The front desk was rude. They also Yelled at our group of Hispanic students for little reason. Now we have 12 people (2 adults and 10 students) crammed into two rooms because of this price issue.

I was going to stay one night for an early morning flight. The long-term parking option paired with the shuttle service was convenient and saved me money. Everyone at the front desk and the shuttle drivers were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained, nothing fancy, but a nice average. The mattress was a bit too hard for me, but not old or worn. The heater worked and was not loud. TV, fridge, coffee maker, wifi all worked. Breakfast was continental only but I had to leave before it served to it didn't matter to me. The one think I was disappointed with was they are still using single-use plastics for shampoos and soaps. I would hope they would move to dispensers eventually as I feel like it is such a waste.
Everything was nice for a one-night, non-vacay stay during travel.
On the way back through Denver there were flight issues that put me in several hours late so I decided to stay again on the way back.

A bit outdated but good place to stay close to airport. They also have shuttle service to the airport. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Nice size room and bath.

Over all it was a good experience.For my taste I would prefer another color for the bedding. Red it is too outdated.Need modern TV, Gym was perfect for the space. The Whirpool( Please close it or put a new one). The hotel smell good and the clean everywhere. Front desk personal always in the back office. They need to improve in this area. Need people more friendliness that enjoy what they do.

Very comfortable. Easy to change the room temperature. Nice quality toiletries in the bathroom. Close to the airport and easy to use shuttle service. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate and runs 7 days a week from 6am.
Excellent diner 50 meters away and definitely recommend.

The hotel room is spacious, its outdated but its clean. The staff were all nice from the front desk to the housekeeper., most of the housekeepers don't speak/understand English, but they were all very pleasant and accommodating using their google translation. The side door entrance to the building is broken, so its not safe at all, even those who are not checked in can enter the building. The hotel location is a minute away from the airport. The hotel offers free hot breakfast. Hotel price is fair.

Picked this hotel for my unplanned stay when I missed a flight. The diner next door had great reviews, and I was not disappointed. One meal fed me for dinner and breakfast. Hotel stay was great, desk agent was helpful, patient with my many requests, and efficient. I was able to get complimentary laundry soap, toothpaste, and deodorant. Their washing machine was out of service so I hand washed and used the dryer. Make sure to check email for shuttle info after booking because their shuttle may not have the hotel name on the side. Shuttle drivers were efficient and friendly.

It was a horrible stay when we checked in I asked the two workers at the front desk if the sofa bed was good no problems clean sheets they said yes. When pulled it out the bed was broke no sheets I went and asked them about it and they said they knew it was broken already. But still put us in that room. They then gave us a different room to move to and the sheets were dirty on the sofa bed I had to ask for clean sheets and make it myself.

The hotel is fine. Clean, in great condition.
But housekeeping started knocking at our door at 8:20am. Then again at 9:05am. Checkout is 11am and I told the first lady we would be out by checkout time. I called down to confirm checkout and he said he would contact housekeeping. They then came into the room at 10:35. Not that it is a big deal - I was awake. But this is incredibly annoying and something I’ve never experienced at a hotel.

It was a good stay. My bathroom was clean but when I came in after check in there was a random empty sauce cup behind the toilet? We had some issues with the door lock needing to be replaced the second day and the smell of the chlorine was a bit much in the hallway. All things to say the management was accommodating and breakfast was great!

This hotel fails in almost every aspect.! Much better places for the same price nearby.
Waited for the shuttle 45 minutes. Then was told it was full and we would have to wait another 45. It’s shared with other hotels. Got an Uber for $20. Asked hotel if they could reimburse me. Rudely said no.
Bed was sort. We both woke up with back problems.
Window trim falling out.
Heater very loud and smelled like mold. Carpets dirty. Haven’t been replaced in decades.
Water pressure was low.
Shuttle back to the airport was late.
Staff doesn’t care.
First time at Ramada. Will be our last.

The check in process was so easy with great front desk personnel. The shuttle bus was on time and driver was friendly. There is a diner right in front and walkable distance. Great food! I will definitely stay here again.

The young man at the front desk was amazing! Due to bad weather, and an airline cancellation I arrived at 1:00 AM and had to leave at 5:00 AM. The shuttle reservations back to the airport were full, he could not reach a taxi for the morning, so he booked an Uber for me. I made my connection the next day and will be forever. Thankful for him.

We had an overnight layover in Denver for about 12hrs and booked a room here. Was really happy this hotel had a shuttle to/from the airport. I even received directions on how to get to the shuttle leaving the airport. It runs until 12:30am. Our room was clean, beds comfy and especially found delight in comfortable pillows. Super happy, especially considering the price.

Was pretty late in the evening when we checked in due to a late night canceled layover flight. Front desk you man was helpful and polite. Room is clean, spacious and comfy. Would stay again with my family.

I liked the hotel itself but the airport shuttle was the worst! I called the hotel, but a call center answered. I was given wrong info to wait on the West side on the 5th level at door 105. I had to find out for myself in VERY COLD WEATHER that I had to wait for the shuttle in the hotel waiting area on the West 5th level. Shuttle was supposed to pick up every 20 minutes and after calling the hotel (call center answered again), they hung up on me when I told them I was waiting for almost an hour already! It was really really cold outside!!! WESTERN SHUTTLE has the WORST SHUTTLE SERVICE!

The establishment and the staff were fantastic. Very clean, staff was super friendly and efficient. HOWEVER.......
1) If you try to call the front desk, good luck. From a room it seems you are calling some message center, that puts you on hold for eternity, and it is quicker to just go to the from desk.
2) The "Continental Breakfast" needs a lot of work.. The scrambled eggs were like eating cold cornmeal. And the sausage seemed like it was pre-cooked, frozen then put out without being completely reheated. And there really is not much more available. I did not try the self cook waffles, or the bacon (if there was any). Bread did not seem the freshest either.
Other than the two mentions above, the hotel overall was a great place to stay. And there is a really nice diner across the street.

I got a bit frustrated to start my trip. I couldnt find the shuttle so I called the contact number. i called twice as the information didnt sound right so I called again and was given the same information a second time which was incorrect! They told me to go to the 100 level at dia to get the shuttle to the hotel. The 100 level is the parking garage. The 500 level is for hotel pickup.I waited and fortunately a shuttle driver from another hotel offered to give me a ride, or I would have had to use uber as the shuttle also was not marked as they told me it would be. I found that out on Sunday on the shuttle back to the airport! I had a concern about a towel in my room. I took it off the shelt and it was dirty. It had a black stain on it
