One of the best hotels in a three month travel. Staff was friendly and studio room was like a small apartment. We will definitely be staying there again once we come back out this way

Room was in great condition but there is no sound proofing. Noise from other rooms and people in the halls kept me up all night.

Modern, clean, and pretty quiet. Maids did not enter the room to clean during the stay, that's OK. If my wastebaskets got full, they wanted you to leave outside the door. There's a $5/day parking fee if you use a 3rd party booker like Hotels.com. That's getting to be common in the lodging industry.

Extremely rude front desk staff except for the night staff. The lady who was working on 4/21 at 11am didn’t want to give back our deposit that was paid in CASH. And yes they take the deposit in cash.

When I arrived there were 3 persons ahead of me to check in. The line moved quickly and my check in went quite quickly. I was advised that there was a charge of $5 (plus tax) for parking (this charge is only remitted to those who book through 3rd party booking agents.... like with HOTELS.COM). The room was VERY clean, and everything about the room was excellent. I would stay here again !

Enjoyed my stay with my daughter as a little getaway. It felt like being in a little cozy apartment. Very peaceful!

I loved this hotel. It was luxurious, very clean, well maintained, equipped with a full stocked kitchen, the bedding was very comfortable, & overall it was spacious so plenty of room. I'd definitely stay again.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly person who checked us in and provided with a toy, biscuits and a mat for our dog, which we have never had before and we have traveled all over the US and Canada. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. We will be staying there again. Thank you.

Looks can be deceiving we walked in saying aawww & how nice our suite was just to notice roaches in the kitchen a couple hrs later .

I stayed in the 2 bedroom queen suite. Very clean and convenient just like a home should be. I didn’t use the kitchen to cook but I did like the fact that it was a full kitchen and fridge to feel like I’m not just in a hotel. Tv in each bedroom and also in the living room and each room had its own private bathroom with showers. I would definitely stay here again!

We recommend this location to everyone! Save location, quality service, all you can eat breakfast was very gand I don't know if all the rooms were big like ours, but it was so very spacious! We were not disappointed with anything. we had everything we needed and were satisfied in every way. next time we come back, we will stay here! Thank you send us to ES suites!

This hotel is located close to shopping and good eats...and all major roadways. You cannot go wrong with the LOCATION at all. The grounds are beautiful, the area is safe, and the breakfast is decent! You will love your stay...and maybe Frances will take care of you..he has been there forever and always amazing to chat with.

I liked that the gym was 24hrs. I also had an issue with cleaning in my room. It was addressed in immediately.

The stay was ok. Bathroom had no shower gel or toilet tissue. For the price you pay this should be refilled after every stay. No ice machine.

One of the nicest hotels I've been to in awhile. Truly clean, not just hotel clean...no stray hairs in the shower, on the bathroom floor, in the towels, in the bed, etc. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Even the workmanship was nice...no musty or smoky smell, caulking was well done, trim wasn't reused. Only minor complaint was the thin door that let in noisy ppl sounds all night.

I specifically requested a quiet room on the third floor because of my personal medical condition...I was in room 308 for 2 nights...there was constant noise and shouting in the hallway...am very disappointed!!

The stay was pleasant but my room was infested with ants. There was no apology or compensation offered for the inconvenience.

We had a short trip for wineries and apple picking planned. We needed a 2 bedroom suite that was affordable, and this hotel was the perfect fit. We had one room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One was handicapped accessible for my elderly aunt. It was clean and very comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable over-all. Spacious and cute with ample closet space. Great for families. Kitchen. Very nice and well maintained property. Pool/gym and basketball/tennis court added bonus. Nice breakfast and common area. Close to free-way and shopping.
