The first room given reeked of cigarette smoke and my son has bad asthma couldn’t even finish putting in bags. Lady at front was apologetic and gave me another room and set of fresh sheets. Went in new room smelled much better but went to change to to fresh sheets seen bed bugs on mattress took pictures and went back to front desk; reported condition and showed a pictures. Front desk clerk was apologetic and stated I will be refunded in a couple hours and I left. Had to go 1.5 hours to find another hotel room. And I still have not gotten my refund

The cheap prices should have been a red flag enough. Checked in with the blond lady at the front desk and she was rude with an attitude the whole time. Kept rolling her eyes at me and sighing. Told her my name on the reservation and she pulled up the wrong one, told her it was wrong, then gave me an attitude for correcting her. Room looked pretty decent upon first glance, but the floors were disgusting. Hair still on the floor in the bathroom. Rust on the bathroom hand towel holder. Rust on the bathroom ceiling. Looked like everything that needed fixing had just been painted over. Breakfast was mediocre. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything around you. My biggest concern was the SAFETY. The side doors were never locked our whole time there. Anyone could come and go as they pleased. Also, one time during our stay we left the key in the room on accident. Same blond lady at the desk couldn’t be bothered to pause her phone call gossiping about her coworkers to help me. When I asked her for a new key, she didn’t even ask my name or for my ID to see if it matched the name on the room. This is a HUGE safety issue considering anyone can just go to the desk and ask for a key to any room without verification. I would definitely not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know.

I can’t believe how comfortable the beds are. Makes me want to move into a hotel instead of owning a home. LoL Receptionist was nice and my room was freshly cleaned. Thanks for the stay. Too bad it’s only for a night but I look forward to my next stay. Definitely coming back and well worth the cheaper price.

My stay was just okay. The other guest were loud! Very loud when we trying to rest at night. We had to ask for room service even tho we had to ask. Don't think I'll return back.

Staff were great. They met all my needs and were very friendly and helpful. The interior of our room was not so good. Although it was clean the room looked as though it had a lot of damage by poor construction and guests.

The hotel was convenient for my stay , it was clean and welcoming. The room was clean and equipped with all that I needed for my short stay. The breakfast option could have been a. Bit better, but I would stay there again, if I’m in town again.

My Fiancé and I really enjoyed it. The rooms were cleaned bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, housekeeping was really on top of cleanliness. We will stay there again.

On June 17th 2023 I stayed at 70 Wallace Martin Dr. Hinesville, GA. And I was rubbed when I left some of my stuff on the pick up I was driving. I didn’t get everything I had in my room because I needed to stay there just for one night, but who would know that happened. Everything else with the service and hotel cleanliness was fine.

I dont know what was more GROSS, the room, or the front desk associates nasty attitude! 06/10/23 was our stay. I am so sick and tired of places like this charging $100 a night for this kind of service! You people are disgusting! Dog hair on the bed sheets, and smell of dog! Dog urine on the floor I MOPPED the room myself! Called front desk to bring more sheets, attitude and no apologies! She brought 1 set for 2 beds! Had to go back downstairs and it was downstairs on her phone wouldnt even look up at me when i told her i needed another set, just kept texting walking all the way to the laundry room, gave me another set, didnt apologize again!! Please fire this women! She has no business being in the hospitality industry! Management if you are reading this reach out and give me your direct line! I have pictures of your gross rooms I'd like to share! Oh yeah and one of the pillows had urine stains on it too!

I wouldn’t go back, room services comes knocking on the room 30 mins before check out time very rude demanding to go in. Kindly told her I still have 30 mins before my check out and her response was so rude and uncalled for made my husband and I feel uncomfortable and rushed.

This property had good ratings and a reasonable price so I went there. When I arrived, the lobby was under construction, and the elevator was not working, which caused us to have to take the stairs to the second level. After entering our room and my wife getting a shower she came out to find no towels when she looked behind the door of the bathroom to find a towel. There was a pair of men’s dirty underwear hanging on the back of the door. I told the staff about it and they were friendly but of course we had to relocate rooms all the way to the far end of the hotel after already unpacking all of our stuff.

The room was recently upgraded and was very nice. There was obviously a big push to not have individuals smoke in the rooms as there was not a horrid pot smell that you often find in hotel rooms these days. The carpets in the hallways and need to be replaced in the lobby. It appears that there are still some renovations to be done, but the rooms were great.

The front desk staff were great at welcoming. The condition of the hotel itself was horrible. Very noisy. There were roaches the moment we entered the room. Waiting area was under construction. The walls and ceiling were thin you could the sound of everything as far as people walking the stairs arguments in the other room’s. Partying till 5am Moving furniture sounds all night , this hotel seems to attract the wrong crowd . People were loitering. Very dissatisfied. I will not be returning and will not recommend this hotel at all.

Was ok. Rolling desk chair on slick laminate flooring not so great, ended up on said floor. We were here for less than 12 hours just to sleep while traveling. Decent hotel to do that in but wouldn’t make an extended stay here. Renovations are going on and that’s good. Front desk ladies were very friendly and accommodating. Nice TV. Room layout is great just outdated.

Reasonable pricng They are currently renovating the hotel. I hope they replace the matteresses the one in RM107 was way too soft kinda bad on the back at least for us.

Upon arrival during posted check in times no one was available to check in, Had to wander hall saying, hello.. to get someone to come and check us in. Not friendly at ALL.
We were informed that there was no breakfast as per the ad, due to ongoing renovations (which based on reviews have been ongoing for MONTHS). Upon arriving at room see note posted that there will be no daily housekeeping (also NOT mentioned in ad). Furniture in room was severely stained, the "NEW" floors were gouged and had color marks as though someone was using markers on them. The shower head was coming out of the wall.
Went back to speak to desk, was informed that there were no other rooms as they were full. Spoke to manager on phone on 2nd day (had to make person there call them as there would be no-one on site for the weekend until the day after we checked out) and was told they had been bought and were under renovation blah blah we are sorry. Explained that issue was condition of room and lying on the ad. Kept repeating they are under renovation. Asked for compensation was told they would " look into it" on Sunday. No further communication from hotel owners. Filing complaint also directly with Red Roof. DO NOT STAY HERE.
