We checked in later at night. Easy check in process. Was comfortable. Nice room.

Definitely an older building but it was close to where we needed to be. Plenty of restaurants in the area. 2 of our pillow cases were clearly dirty. There was a party going on next door about 11pm but luckily it didnt last to long. Staff was nice and welcoming but, for the money i would probably chose a different place next time.

It was a nice place with comfortable amenities. Nice location. But the room was very humid and the sheets felt wet. Uncomfortable sleep for that reason.

One night stay for a college tour visit. Hotel located a little under 20 minutes from USC. Good location though, near many dining establishments. Texas Roadhouse is right across the back parking lot and they gave a coupon for a free appetizer. The pool os outdoor and faces the parking lot as well. Water was very cold, the pool is in a shady spot. Everything was clean, breakfast was decent. Small pancakes the machine makes which was surprising. They have Dove products in the bathroom. My bottle labeled lotion seemed to have been refilled with shampoo instead. They seemed to have an issue with not having enough sheets, blankets and towels that evening when someone asked for extra.

Very clean and up-to-date hotel. Everyone very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend if you are in the Columbia, South Carolina area and the best price we found in the area.

The lights in the parking lot made it difficult to sleep. The rooms aren’t insulated so I heard a late arrival in the middle of the night.

Very uncomfortable!
Some of the front desk staff did not even smile or good morning. Not only that one of them asked me if I have a cell phone. I felt as looking down at me as Asian.
I’ll never stay in this hotel again. I move to Hampton Inn rest of my stay and I’m glad I did.
I felt racism at this hotel.

The service was great. The room's climate was all over the place. It bounced between cold and hot. It was never comfortable. The clock was useless and counted up all day and night. The walls were thin and we could hear conversation outside all times of the day and night.

Room was dirty (floor, towels, counters, rusted metal, etc). Pillows were flat. Only saving grace was that the bed was comfy. Would not stay here again though.

Had a hard time sleeping through the night. Could hear people in the hallway and an abundant amount of noise from outside the building. Overall a decent experience but probably will not stay there again given the chsnce.

Great hotel, but the staff didn’t properly clean the room. There were stains on the night stand & desk that seem to be from a spilled drink. Hair was in the area of the microwave.

Great staff. Property is beginning to look a little bit worn. The toilet in the room developed a "won't stop running" problem during my stay. Overall, a good, convenient place to stay.

The check in experience was great the front desk woman was very nice and gave us a free appetizer coupon for Texas Roadhouse, but downhill from there. The floor in our room was not clean or safe there was a big crack between the floor planks. Didn’t take off my socks to walk around this room. Don’t stay here the property is run down. The breakfast was terrible crunchy eggs and re-heated old burnt biscuits, doesn’t qualify as a breakfast. The cereal and the other continental breakfast items were old and stale. The little pancake machine was the only thing that was fresh but they were really tiny. The bed was comfortable and the staff was really nice but not worth what I paid to stay here really disappointed.
