This place is amazing. We booked a long term stay with them and the staff was very friendly, easy to accommodate any needs. It was clean and they offer a free breakfast every morning.

The only problem I have is I reserved two rooms with double beds. The day I was traveling there they had only one room with double bed. They said they try to contact me to let me know about that but they could not. I never heard from them even wI talked to them s couple of days before my trip and they never mentioned anything about that. They were all booked out and we had one king bed for the 4 of us. Other than that , the place is nice.

The staff was nice as was the surrounding area but the hotel itself was terrible. There was a smell across the entire 3rd floor that was unbearable, then at 4:25am there was water hammering (which sounds like a jackhammer) that wasn’t stopping. My wife and I were looking forward to sleeping in since we didn’t have our kids with us but instead drove 4 hours home because of how loud the sound was. Terrible experience.

In this property I do not recommend any contractor or subcontractor to stay with vans with tools, there is vandalism, rotating windows and stealing, which is not safe. I'm sorry but you can't lose your work tools

I liked the separate areas of living and sleeping space. It was very clean. I couldn't get the curtain to close completely so the street lights came through, didn't like that so much.

The day of arrival I called to confirm the reservation. At that time, I explained I would be arriving late and I was assured the three rooms on my reservation would be held for me. I was even given rooms numbers. When I arrived, the front desk said they only had one room, instead of 3. They then treated me like I was wrong to be upset about the situation. My husband had to drive 2 hours in the middle of the night with part of our group. The rest of my group had to pile into the 1 room. Do not book here because they do not take a proper inventory of their reservations!

The toilet made tremendous noise when flushing, which was very very annoying at night. Also, the doors made noise.

Suites are well designed. Plus breakfast is included in the room rate. However, the condition of the hotel is not very good. Carpets look dirty and the bathroom is dirtier. Bathroom ceiling have black stains which I have never seen anywhere else. The hotel is in need of a renovation.

Staff was awesome , room was clean and very comfortable ! Ac was kicking which was great ! Room has great set-up for family stay . Now the bad ! Booked this hotel along with other familys as kids were playing in baseball tournament . Boys played 2 games in middle of day , hot and humid , feel like temp 104 plus on field . When games were over the whole team just wanted to get too hotel and hit the pool . Well guess what the pool was closed because they just painted . Who the heck shuts down there pool in the middle of july on a weekend ???? this was a key factor in booking this hotel as well ! Some common sense needs to prevail as you do thus type of work in off season , not july ! Not a sorry , not a portion refund , just we have a sister hotel you can use there pool !

For the location and price, the property and room were ok. Cleanliness could have been better. We also found ants and spiders in our room. Overall, I would only recommend if you are needing to stay a night or two.

The overall hotel and stay was fine, but we did have a couple areas that were disappointing. Unfortunately the pool was closed and it was very hot during our stay. We did try the other hotel pool but it was not clean so we did not use that one either. The breakfast was nice in appearance but 2 of the 3 mornings hot hard boiled eggs were served - I'd have to say the general population is not a fan of hard boiled eggs... We ended up having to go out for breakfast which is frustrating when it was included in our stay.

Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to what's offered at other Homewood Suites properties. We arrived at 4 pm but weren't able to check in until 4:30 as our room wasn't ready yet. Location is convenient to shopping and food.

The hotel has been great based on my previous experience, so this time I booked one night w/o hesitation. But this time it is not that good. I smelt a strong odor when entering the room, finding nothing wrong visually, though, untill I got in bed. I realized that the bed was the origin of the odor. Since it was already at midnight, I didn't try to request for any correction. Not really a pleasant night.

Our room was kind of rundown with an old kitchen, doors that were peeling off, dark spots in the bathroom ceiling, an odd smell, and furniture in not great shape. We were surprised about the strong rating as it didn’t match what we experienced

The room is relatively small compare to other homewood likely related to the old years it was built. Breakfast is free but with very limited choices. The serving staff was quite rude.

Arrived at hotel and waited over 5 minutes for Chrissy to come to the front desk. We were given room 1117 on the first floor. The mattresses were worn out and terrible.and I didn’t get any sleep. The sofa was dirty. The breakfast buffet was inedible. The omelet was like rubber and the sliced sausage was greasy. The potatoes were mushy and terrible. The only thing I ate was the yogurt. I was very disappointed with this hotel.

We normally love staying at Homewood but this time at this location, the breakfast wasn't that great, no waffles or pancakes. Not all of my devices would connect to wifi, there was a dog next door that was barking alot, and when I was checking out, I asked for a courtesy bottle of water and was told water was for loyalty members only which I was, but had to prove it with an email. Other location had bottle water sitting out for guest all day to just pick up if they wanted some water.
