It is a very nice hotel in terms of rooms, facilities, staff. I was very disappointed to get a room without sea view and without balcony although I upgraded from standard to deluxe room with full price. A nice reminder why not to choose hotels in Israel, you pay much you get less.

Amazing staff!! We had some trouble checking in due to a complication with our "Covid green pass" and one of the staff members/managers (her name is Merav) was so helpful!! She even sent us up a bottle of wine during our stay...

While the check in, we weren’t told about the hotel was undergoing renovations. If we knew that we wouldn’t stay there. There was a loud noise starting at 8 am! In addition, we put “do not disturb” sign the night before, and couldn’t lock the door from the inside cause it was unlock-able. Unfortunately we woke up finding a stranger man in our room. When we complained about that, the manager said that’s our problem, because we could lock the door and could prevent him to get in. That disrespect of our privacy was a shame as a manager response. I must say, that’s a lie. Cause every hotel I stay I lock as I get in the room, and there wasn’t a lock in there. And there were a woman hairs on our sheets.

Deserves 5 stars. Amazing for the price. Surprised it’s not rated perfectly.

Great Hotel for Adults but not kidsWe had a lovely room modern and clean, and were very happy with the view! Cannot fault one thing in the room, stunning and was cleaned everyday over our 3 night stay. All furniture looked like something out of a made.com catalogue so must have been newly refurbished!However we did come with a 4 year old and the whole atmosphere was adult oriantated. There was meant to be a kids room, but despite coming to it during its openig hours it was Always closed! I came to reception once to ask why, they told me the hotel workers are having a party. Prior to that i had sat outside yhe room for 30 minutes waiting to open it and if you are going to have a party and go off schedule then at least update the sign on the door so people dont wait outside endlessly.Breakfast was great, lots of choices but didnt vary from day to day.I would come back to this hotel, if i didnt have the young one with me.

Location was good. Parking was an issue - no space at the hotel. Staff friendly.

Elevator doesn’t work properly. Food(diners) not that great

The hotel was really rundown: the AC didn’t work in our first room and there was a loud noise coming from the rooftop, and our second room had stains on the carpet and the sofa. And the furniture was mismatched in both. Finally, the reception staff were so slow and couldn’t seem to figure out how to work the computer! I thought sticking with a brand I recognized would mean something, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

When I checked in, the young female receptionist asked me if my credit card was a debit card. I said no it was not. Then she still went to her duty manager to ask in Hebrew if it was a debit card as if he did not trust or believe what I said.I also had repeated problems with the breakfast for two indicated in my Expedia voucher which they did not seem to want to honor because I was the only one checking in. Every time the matter was clarified, some hotel staff at the breakfast area would ask about my companion even though it was already PAID. Instead of checking the voucher or clearing the matter with their manager, they argue first. I never had this problem in other countries, only in Israel. And I paid 200 USD a night for two nights.My room showed its age: the cabinets were dusty, the carpet had many stains, and the balcony glass doors lock was broken. Lastly, I was apparently upgraded to a suite without my knowledge. I only found out about it very late at night when I questioned the front desk about the state of my room since it had not been cleaned. They said they thought I would be moving to my upgraded room, which no one told me about. To make matters worse, the front desk staff wanted to me to go down the front desk to get the keys to the other room. I had to raise my voice and tell them to bring the keys up to my room before she agreed. And to think that I am an IHG member.The customer service was bad. They were suspicious and lazy towards the customer.

few things didnt wirk properly in the room (hot water and water flow in the shower, buttons above bed), but other than that we had a lovely stay! great service and wonderful breakfast!!!

Old room. The lock of the door didnt work so they had us waiting for 2 hours in the room while they fixed it. The shower was broken
