Had reserved two rooms for our party of four, but they only had one room. When I showed my reservation & confirmation number, they said that didn't matter. Ultimately we were able a second room, but they took no responsibilty for the error.

It was clean and fast check in. Front desk was very good, allowed a fifth bracelet so my family of 5 could all use the pool for my sons birthday.

Overall nice stay. Pool had way too much chlorine in it. So much it burned my eyes just sitting watching my sons. No pillows or blankets for the pull out even though I requested it. Breakfast also needs an update

Where can I begin, there’s hotel has a nice flight but when you try to go in the pool, it’s like a prison because only a certain amount of people can’t be scanned in and when I walked in the pool area, it was stinky like smelly because people are not washing them self before you get in the pool The pool looks dirty I just reap of bacteria all over the place. The floor had a lot of lint on it then the rooms at night I couldn’t hardly sleep because I hear a lot of noise below me and I’m above somebody that was making tons of noise I had to call the receptionist and let them know, but the noise continued so I just tried to go to sleep. there’s no pads or pens to write on and there were some issues around the room that I had a problem with, but I didn’t write it down. I forgot overtime. There was hardly any soap which ran out in one of the containers. They didn’t put enough toilet tissue in the room. Was just completely disgusted and pissed off and I wanted my money back I was gonna leave but I was already settled in the room. They were doing construction on the first floor but I was high up on the floor I think. I didn’t hear them. I just heard people jumping like kids. The only thing that was good was the breakfast that’s it everything else blah!!!!!

The room itself was great and the beds were comfortable. There are many restaurants and stores near the hotel. Staff was very nice. There's no water pressure and it took my very curly haired daughter a very long time to wash her hair. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper in the room. When i called for a roll i was told i had to go to the front desk to get one because cleaning service was not available until 10am (or maybe 10:30). My kids enjoyed the pool and water slide very much. The small hallway between the hotel lobby and pool entrance was always freezing because workers were keeping an outside door propped open. When I mentioned it, they didn't seem to care. Not great for the little ones that had to walk through there soaking wet. There's some construction going on in the building, and the workers were keeping it open for easy in and out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will go there again.

We stayed here for an event as it was the closest hotel to the venue. We arrived around 5:15pm and were told our room wasn’t ready by the lady at the desk. She said that housekeeping was behind and it was out of their control. We had an hour to get ready for our event. My wife started asking to speak to a manger to get more answers, and the lady shrugged her shoulders and walked into the back room. The other man that was at the desk radio’d housekeeping and someone came over and said a room would be ready in 5 mins. Great. Hotel is under construction and a mess. Room had someone else’s personal belongings in it, refrigerator was not working, beds are stiff as a board, but we were in such a time crunch we didn’t say anything just got ready and left for the night. Wouldn’t choose this hotel on our next visit to the area. Overall not a great experience for the rate.

Rude morning reception clerk. I was very very sick in the morning and would not have minded changing rooms if I had to. You see I booked with Expedia first and had to change itinerary to one day earlier. I called the hotel itself and booked one day earlier with a hotel receptionist. My conversation with a reception clerk when I asked to come one day earlier put me in a king room and said that if I was comfortable I would most likely be able to stay in the room without having to move. She was excellent. Very nice and accommodating. But like I said the morning staff starting forcing me out of room at 11:00 am. I explained to her how sick I was and could not come down to reception and wait there while she changed everything. It was impossible. Also, the rooms are extremely light in the day without being able to adjust.

Live close by. Stayed the night here for my son and his friend to swim .pool was freezing. .shower cold water and to top it all off, we were given a room with bad plumbing.... toilet would not flush.

The building was in the middle of construction. There was no notification on Hotels.com that the pool was out of order, which was the reason why I got the hotel. Notify everyone who’s promoting your hotel on construction.

The room was a good size for my family but the attitude of some staff were poor. My kids enjoyed the pool and indoor slide the most. Be aware though that the pool is limited to one hour time slots.

It was very noisy close to our room. We woke up due to a pounding noise. This might be related to all the construction that was going on. I this the management could be more considerate of the guests and not have the workers starting so early

We were in town for a college visit. The location was excellent. Unfortunately there was a party on our floor at 2am involving multiple rooms and knocks on our door, which we ignored. There was black mold in the corner of the bathroom tub and while there were beautiful pictures of the pool and huge water slide on the site, it is currently shut down for renovation but it doesn’t look like any work is being done. Lastly the beds were very uncomfortable. Disappointing property.

The staff was very friendly. Loved the area where the hotel was. There was so many places I could walk to for a bite to eat. The free breakfast was so nice. It was always available and they had a good variety. I loved the parking. And loved the pet friendly part. They had different areas to walk my fur pet. I did not like that the room was not the cleanest. The rugs looked so old and dirty. And under the AC it looked like they had not cleaned in a long time. Overall great stay. Room size was awesome. And would love to come back when the pool re-opens.

This property was terrible, a horrible experience. The Staff wasn’t helpful and I don’t authorized any charge in my CC. I called my bank if they charge me something it’s a fraud. Doing a renovation at 8am-6pm Monday - Sunday don’t stay there it’s not worth it

I had the best accommodation the staff were very professional and friendly. The food was very good. The beds were excellent I had a good night sleep every night and the rates through expedia was exactly what I needed. My vacation what the best, it was what I needed before going back to work.

The bathroom sink was leaking water morning of check out , my significant other and I weren’t aware the night before as we got there late and had plans in the area so weren’t at the hotel much during the night so the next morning while walking in the bathroom my significant other slipped and fell. He called the front desk too tell them about the situation and was told someone would be up , someone did come up but was talking about plunging the bathroom nothing about the situation. Was told manager would call and left number but heard from no one , the hotel treated this like it was no big deal. Hope they fixed the issue that didn’t seem big too them so the next people staying in the room didn’t have to deal with a similar situation as we did.
