Granted our request, hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful hotel and staff that allowed us to check in early and were very kind. Hotel room was clean and spacious, and the gym is the nicest hotel gym I have seen. Would totally stay again :)

We had a fine stay in Scotts Valley. It is centrally located between Santa Cruz and San Jose. The hotel was very nice, and we enjoyed staying there. We would stay there again on a future trip to that area.

Great stay

Overall comfortable place to stay. Staff was friendly for the most part, head of housekeeping was a bit rude. Room wasn’t stocked properly with basics like hand soap.
Burn marks in curtains and weathered furniture. Was very dated but kept up fairly well.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. Although our "forest view" was literally a tree in front of our window facing another part of the property. The view was a joke. But! Nonetheless we had a excellent stay.

There was no place for dog to go and bathrooms not very clean

Have to pay for parking

The shower didn't work, the room was dirty, the bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall a very poor experience considering this is Hilton and not a motel 6.

Easy off the freeway. Clean and quiet. Would stay again for sure.

Hotel stay here was nice. Only complaint is that you have to pay for parking and the hotel is not in a cental area where hotels typically charge for parking.

Really nice gym and pool area.

We didn't like the two elevators and that we paid extra for a view, which was of a parking lot blocked by trees.

Con: parking should be free.

It had a $100 non refundable pet deposit, when it was also supposed to be $50. They had no dog bowls/beds like they advertised. The room had dirty used tissue everywhere.

The rooms were very spacious!

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub was an extra bonus!

We have been coming here for years for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately this stay there was a pee stained couch, room smelled like urine, mattress sagging. Room pictures on website were not the actual room we were booked in.

Everything was fine except there was no turn down service. We were there for three days and no one made the bed or replaced the towels or paper coffee cups or coffee. Nothing. We kept expecting them to do it the next day. We asked about it at check-out and they said they didn't provide that service due to staffing and we needed to request it. They should have told us that at check-in.

We have stayed here for several Christmas Holidays. Quiet and clean. Bat tub had hair in it from previous guest. Coffee maker did not work, and were charged $3.00 a cup for coffee when I went to the lobby. The parking is very good.

I primarily stayed at Hilton properties for work and I go out of my way to stay at Hilton properties when I’m traveling with family. I didn’t really want to believe the reviews online but sadly they are true. First off this is a Hilton property so it’s nicer than most. When we first arrived, we were just a little after four after traveling all day in a room was still not ready. When we got into the room, the thermostat was broke and stuck on 75 we couldn’t get it taken care of until the next day, which isn’t entirely too hot for my two-year-old . And then each day I asked for towel and trash service, and it was not accommodated any of the days so by the time we left, we had to use recycle towels for three days, and our trash bins were overflowing with a toddler again most of these things I usually overlook if I’m staying at a budget motel but if we’re paying two to $300 a night this is not acceptable for a Hilton property .

I love the easy location. It makes fun to spened time with family in my home town. Everything is so close and convenient to get to. We enjoyed our room and it was nice to have a restaurant to be able to have coffee and breakfast together.

Nice and clean room. We had the double queens on the first floor. Staff was nice although there’s a $10 parking fee. A little tricky to get to coming off the freeway ramp. Overall had a nice stay. Didn’t partake in the breakfast.

The property was beyond beautiful . Super clean and easy to access.

At check-in we were instructed where to park but NO Mention of a $10/night parking charge. Found the charge for 6 nights on our credit card bill. Being informed is so important. Poor customer service. No response from the manager when asked for a call back. Very poor.

It was clean. The bartender complained about how tired she was and how ready she was to go home and she had been there for 2 hrs. The bar was out of a lot and she said she didn’t want to open any new bottles because it was inventory time!!!!
The room was awesome but the desk chair was so worn out it was horrible. Very clean and the rest of the hotel
Was clean and staff friendly.

If check in is at 4 pm ( which is later than most hotels) room should be ready. We waited until 4:40 before we checked in and missed our dinner reservations. Hire more housekeepers. Hotel is nice but they are clearly cutting corners to enhance profitability.

My family had a great time, but I was disappointed in the poor attention to detail regarding the room. Things were not stocked properly and we didn't have any washcloths and only two towels, only decaf coffee, and the extra outlets on the desk don't work. Otherwise, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I just expected more from Hilton.

Service is not what you should get a 4-star. Their restaurant food is quite bad.
Room was very comfortable and spacious

Was not pleased about the dining options that were offered in connection to the conference I was attending. There should be better dining options offered when your establishment is being used for weekend conferences.
Hot breakfast should be an option.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location!

The property was quite. The room was okay, their was a stain on the couch and the bathroom was a little run down. The bed was comfy, and didn’t find stains.
We had the breakfast buffet and it was really good and affordable!

The staff were very pleasant. However the room was extremely dirty. There were two phones located in our suite that we discovered did not work when trying to call the front desk. Upon preparing to leave I entered the bathroom and slipped and injured my knee and wrist as there was condensation on the floor. The flooring was incredibly slippery; dangerously so. The only positive was Kristy who assisted us at the front desk. Had it not been late, I would have left.

Everyone at the front desk is wonderful!! They have made our hotel stay so great and were very helpful when it came to providing restaurants to eat at and giving us goodies for my Husband’s Birthday :) Thanks so much!

When we arrived the room was cold, the air conditioning unit had been fixed in a way that we could not change it. We had to ask twice for them to come fix it. The front desk woman acted as if we were unreasonably asking for something. It was 62 degrees in the room, we had on jackets. The room was ok, it was not a forest view. You are looking at the parking garage. Do not pay extra for something that is not true. We were in 569 and one window was people back yard the other window is blocked by a huge tree then parking lot.
The worst part is the water pressure in the shower was non existent. At one point no water was coming out then it would slowly trickle out then go away then pour our. I have had better showers at national parks. They did not clean the rooms on my floor, the next day almost every room out thier towels and waste baskets in the hallway just to get someone to clean the rooms.
The allure is how nice the hotel looks on the outside.

We met for a family gathering. The hotel was a very nice destination for us and we are thinking we can stay there on our future trips. However, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. Mold in the shower door and inside the shower. Bathroom floor was dirty, I travel with wipes and I used up all my wipes cleaning the bathroom floor. The couch and chairs all have stains, the master bathroom toilet ran, the bedroom remote didn’t work, my husband mistakenly walked in his sock and the socks were disgusting and the much needed hot tub was tapped off so we could use it on Saturday.

I reserved a room specifically on a high floor with a forest view, paid more for that, and they put me in a room on the first floor with a view of the parking lot.
Otherwise it was a fine stay.
