3 nights as part of a family vacation in the Boston area. Enjoyed the hotel, the room, parking, breakfast and other amenities that the hotel offered. Clean and well maintained.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom was disappointing but the rest of the stay was good.

I checked in on the app... I arrived and my room was not ready/clean. I asked if there may be another room clean they could put me in. They said no but then checked in several other people. And I had to check again on my room at 3:28 when the put me in a clean room

Being our first time staying at a Hampton Inn we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was not initially ready but we were comfortable in a nice area where there was hot tea and coffee and fresh cookies. Our room was spacious ( king bed with sofa and desk). The bed was quite comfortable but I do have to say that they need to upgrade their pillows. Toiletries available and even if you left anything at home one could go to the desk and request a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. there were 3 bus loads of tourists and we thought if we did not go down for breakfast early there would be no food left. Not the case. There was plenty of hot food available. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle maker, toast, muffins, oatmeal. As soon as a table freed up the staff was quick to clean off the table. Coffee was hot and juices also plentiful. Staff was accommodating and place kept clean. There was a severe storm of snow and rain that night and their roof was leaking pretty badly. Buckets filled the hallway. We were informed that the roof is scheduled for repair in another month and apologized. Luckily our room was fine since we were in the top floor. Will stay at Hampton Inn again. Hopefully others will provide the same experience.

Check in was excellent, Anastasia was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely upgrade pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Server kept food coming and the they have a great variety of food.

Hot water was almost unsafe. Too hot. Ouch.
Carpet tacks caught our foot a few times. Ouch.
Pool water was cloudy. Could not see the bottom.

Very convenient location. The mattress was very comfy. The pillows left a bit to be desired but that's true for all hotels. We'll definitely be back.

It was wonderful & very peaceful. The staff was extremely nice & professional. The building is very well maintained inside & out. Definitely would/will be staying again in the future.

Updated, beds comfortable, great size TV. Staff friendly and accommodating. Pool nice for the kids. Breakfast on site convenient, hot options and waffle station. Location convenient to route 1 and lots of food options. I’d come back when on the area.

Great service and management. Trustworthy. We accidentally left our own pillow there and when we went backbhours later they found it for us. I'm very happy to have stayed there. TY

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was fairly clean. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good. The pool is beautiful but could have been cleaner. The hotel was in a very convenient location for everything we wanted to do. I’d stay again.

We where in the 3rd floore street side and the only thing that bugged me was the road noise in the early morning. Other then that, it was a good nice stay and we would go back.

I absolutely adored the desk clerk,she was very helpful during our stay,she was very polite and sweet. Breakfast was great and different choices each morning,pool was very clean,room was very clean. I enjoyed staying at this property in room324 on Feb. 10th to the 12th. I will be staying at this property again in the future and referring to all my family and friends

Plumbing in need of help people in room next door took a shower and the tub in our room filled up with hot gray water . Coffee and breakfast was awful

We were in a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The t-shirt I slept in even smelled of cigarette smoke after sleeping in the bed it was like a heavy smoker had lived there for a long time and the cigarette smoke was in the walls, bed and furniture. The whole non smoking floor floor smelled in the hotel

Check in was smooth. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The pool is a bit chilly but not too cold.

Unable to turn shower on. Button to pull up would not pull up. It was stuck in place. Advised front desk in the morning. Said we could have changed rooms, but not really good option when you are already in the shower.
Had an issue at about 1am with next door neighbors having a screaming match. No one answered front desk phone so I called 911 and police were dispatched to stop the fighting and restore quiet in the hotel.
I love a Hampton Inn, but this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this hotel.
