Love this Double Tree location. It was very pleasant, comfortable, and overall, pretty clean. The only con was the bathtub needed additional cleaning.

Convenient to the convention center and had a free airport shuttle. So much quieter than other area hotels! Let me check in early. Room was super comfortable!

We waited a couple of hours in the lobby for our flight. Close to the airport, 10 minutes

One step above an establishment that charges by the hour. Broken lampshade, dingy tile, dingy towels, took 25 minutes to check in due to nobody at the counter, worn carpet, furniture acquired in 1990, lights that flicker, scuffed walls, no mattress, etc.

The room itself was dark and the furniture was old and scratched. Lovely, lovely staff though.

Skybridge connection was super good.
Only thing is the microwave is outside of the rooms, would've been nice to have one inside instead of the ice holder or the coffee machine

Nice hotel has a restaurant onsite which is convenient. I went for a walk and felt safe. Parking was $15 which is reasonable but no in and out privileges

The staff was so accomodating. The desk gals and Robert were very helpful regarding getting the train and where to go. Nura in the dinning area was an excellent staff member. We will be back!!!

I loved the "yoga suite" we got. Plenty of room and equipment to do yoga in the privacy of our room.

Enjoyed my time at the very nice Doubletree Hilton-Rosemont. Close to O’Hare airport and not far from my family’s home. Note get the parking including which is like $30 if not you will have to pay $15 every time you leave.

The contactless check-in was great. But it did require me to stop by the front desk for the digital key. And that was a blessing in disguise as they treated me to a warm and delicious walnut & chocolate chip cookie.

This hotel was super dirty and old. Bathroom toilet was cracked and many tiles in the bathroom were loose almost detached. We could not even use the room phone as the phone didn’t work at all.
The staff were super rude and were not polite at all. All in all our stay was horrible. I will not be returning.
