Basically, a no-frills hotel. Bed was comfortable, but breakfast not so good.

This was my third stay at this location, while visiting family. Older facility but well maintained, no elevator, but staff friendly, safe and convenient location, breakfast good. Would definitely recommend

DONT STAY HERE! Stay anywhere but here. Super dirty room. Didn’t even lay in the sheets. Rude staff. Sketchy ppl hanging outside the hotel. Key card won’t work to get in side doors, so management just leaves them propped open.

The room and facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly. They had a good hot breakfast. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.

Have stayed here a few times when visiting family. It’s nothing fancy but is quiet and clean and meets our needs. Staff is friendly.

Great hotel once we got checked in. Front staff wasn't going to honor reservation because he couldn't find hotels.com booking. Even though I had a receipt and confirmation number. I had pre paid on hotels.com but staff refused to honor the confirmation number. Once I was able to get into room it was very nice. Quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Well wats so sad I stayed here during the week when I was working everything was great until I came to Saturday for the holidays and it was the worse experience I had took them several hours to clean my room and when they did this was how it was done

The person who checked me in at night was neither friendly nor forthcoming with information about the amenities, including the time for breakfast. I looked in the room for information but found nothing. I had to go back to the hotels.com description to find out when breakfast ended.
The room was clean and well kept. I had all I needed in the room, and it was a really quiet night for sleeping.
I enjoyed the breakfast selection, and the morning staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, I had a nice stay.

We were greeted very warmly by Kelly. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating! Room was very clean and comfortable-breakfast was very good!

Very clean and friendly check in. Hotel check in staff was friendly and fast. Took about 30 seconds and we were in our room. Never stayed at this chain before but so far really nice

We enjoyed our time, it was a basic hotel, but served our purpose for sure. It was strange and not so convenient to not have an elevator; I always feel safer on an upper level floor. The microwave and fridge were helpful l-except the fridge froze everything! All in all, not the best/not the worst.

The fire alarms went off 2 nights in a row at 1;30 am . Not very good for sleep or rest. No fire. Also all theyhad was instant coffee from a machine for you. With breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful..Hope they get their alarm fixed tho.

Good simple hotel room, didn’t stay for long but did during the storm and didn’t lose power so that’s a plus!! Clean room as well

Trip was good. Family trip with miscommunication on days we were staying but luckily the clerk was able to meet my need of an extra day. It was a very busy weekend for most of the hotels in Springfield so I had my doubt at first.
In reference to cleanliness, it was pretty good. The bathroom was dated and could probably use some tender care. The water pressure at the sink was lacking but the shower was fine. Everyone was satisfied with breakfast so I heard. I would probably stay there again.

This is a clean, comfortable choice hotel for a quick stay. The vending area need of an upgrade and the tv is quite small for the room, but the beds are very comfy and plenty of fresh towels. Being right on the edge of town gives convenient access to the highway and can quickly get around.

My stay was terrible, because my stay didn’t happen. The front desk manger after looking at my ID and seeing that I was a local resident, he said he was canceling my reservation due to their “policy” of not accepting stay from local residents. The front desk manager was very rude and dismissive, refusing to show me the policy.

The location was fantastic. The property was good. The property owner was an amazing person, Joe Ohg. I had a booking issue that hotels.com wasn’t able to fix immediately, and he gave me recommendations on how to fix my booking, and was amazing at speaking with me, and educating me, then taking the phone calls from Hotels.com, and speaking with them, and working out the issue. Above and beyond serious.

Woke up to bed bugs at 230 in the morning. Gave us another room which was fine but refused to give any kind of discount since it ruined our 2nd day of conference. Not to mention all the extra laundry costs. We had to miss 1/2 day of it bcuz we were so tired.

Staff was wonderful,the breakfast was delicious. The pool was actually warm and enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend!
