Was in town for a hockey tournament, called prior to booking a “one bedroom suite” that slept “three!” So I called to make sure the couch was a pull out bed so my son could get a good night sleep. I was promised that it was and came to find out that it wasn’t. Was highly disappointed. The staff should all be on the same page! So my boy slept on a firm coach with not much room. All we got is all the rooms are full and we are sorry. I guess my definition of “hospitality” is different then there’s!

The room was amazing for what we paid. We liked it so much we are going to book a longer stay for our daughter's wedding in the fall. We are also going to suggest the older family members who attend the wedding stay there as well. Allowing the younger folks to stay at another location close to the Country Club.

they cancelled my reservation but called the neighbouring hotel and asked us to go there and get the room. This is very inconvenient for us in the late night.

The tub of the shower was pretty dirty. The body wash was completely empty. There was something wrong with the door that made it difficult to open and close. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed the gym.

No hot water in the morning - had to run it over 10 minutes. I had already taken a barely warm shower - My wife got hot water.
TV in bedroom did not work! (then it came on in the morning.)

I stayed there for a couple of weeks while my apartment was getting ready. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. Nice breakfast. Rooms spacious and well equipped. I was in no hurry to leave.

Everything was exceptional! Maya at the front desk was a bright ray of sunshine. The only thing that topped her personality was her smile. She was informative, kind and courteous.
She gave us a list of restaurants that included Ron’s Bar and Grill. They had the BEST fried macaroni and cheese bites and sweet potato fries. I would recommend it to all.

There was lots of damage from a broken pipe, affecting rooms, corridors, workout facility, lord knows what all. Very much enjoyed my room. Didn't get a sense that they were working very hard to fix the facility.

The hotel is clean, and our room was clean. Nice room. Staff was friendly and very helpful/quick to respond when I got locked out of my room with my dog.
The pillows were too soft for me, but that's a personal preference. The free breakfast was a bit lackluster. Otherwise, great experience.

We stay here whenever we visit the area and are always happy with our room and service. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient for all we do.

I’ve booked and prepaid for the 2 bedroom room a week in advance. The day of check in I received an email my accommodation with modified. I called and was told they were out of the 2 bedroom rooms and that they’ll give me 2 separate rooms as close as possible instead. Then we get there and one of the rooms we were given a key to already had a guest in it that they some how forgot about…And! They were out of rooms. If was late, kids were tired and half my family were stranded and had to scramble late at night with toddlers. Staff did not seem to care at all. It was awful. I’ve requested a refund and expected someone to contact me about this major ball drop by now and have not heard from anyone or about my refund yet.
