We have stayed at this property a half dozen times in the past 4 years.
The lady that runs the breakfast buffet is a hustler she works her butt off and is very friendly .

Very friendly front desk staff, and the small kitchenette makes it very convenient for heating takeout food. The bathroom is clean; however, the fan is super loud. Overall, my one-night stay was pleasant, and I would book again in the future.

We were very comfortable staying here. Many restaurants and shopping all within a few miles. We found it to be very quiet ( we did have a corner suite on the 2nd floor) the staff was exceptionally kind upon check in, called us about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We found the entire suite and kitchen to be very clean.

The woman at the front desk (I forgot her name!) was incredibly friendly and efficient. She was a pleasure to deal with!! I'll be back again!

My stay was just okay. I called the front desk twice and the phone rang off the hook. When someone answered the phone it hung up. The bathtub creaked as if there was a crack in the center. It felt very unsafe. However, the bed was comfortable. I feel the price I paid for the room was overpriced.

I was there one night and it was nice...clean room, pleasant staff. Would have liked breakfast choices to include plain full fat yogurt, regular whole milk, and salsa for eggs is all.

The location is good for access to Summerlin, they allow pets, parking is good, and the overall property is fine. The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean.

We had a wonderful experience. The check in person provided excellent customer service with a delightful cheerful attitude! She showed us a "Beta Fish" that may be rented to accompany the guests. A huge choice of snack options were available. Parking was very convenient and included, along with a full Breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely choose this hotel again!

Dog friendly but they had carpet in the room and all you can smell was a bunch of spray cleaner my dog just had allergies and I had to leave

Overall this was a great property with friendly and helpful front desk. The room was spacious but seemed like it had not been swept, the tile was a bit dirty with hair.

This review is for room 210. A king suite. As soon as I entered the room you could tell they were attempting to cover the smell of past cigarette smoke in the room. Not overwhelming but the smell was there. I think the thing that annoyed me the most about my room was having a kitchenette with absolutely no tableware, utensils, pots/pans. What is the point of that???? I did appreciate the full size fridge/freezer with ice maker.

Expected more for the price and images. The bathroom looked old, specially the bathtub, made squeaky noise with every movement.
The hallways and elevator are in need of a renovation.

Our stay was great and the food around the area, walking distance from the hotel was the best.. I was very surprised at how well put the space was… would definitely recommend the stay here.

Tub was cracked and creaked when we used it. Towel rack loose. Sink drained poorly.

The rooms smell like dog piss and cigarettes as soon as you open the door. Toilet clogged every time. Sink drain plug was broken so sink won't drain. Dog piss on every corner wall. Management could care less.
