The room was very dreary and had a musty smell to it. The lightning was terrible especially in the bathroom. The vending machines were empty of drinks and kept our money. When I told the desk clerk about it, she had an oh well attitude and told us we could go across the street to get something to drink. The only reason we stayed was because we were very tired from a long trip and had to get up early to travel. I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there.

This is a very clean facility, it just needs some upgrades and renovations. Very clean though! Breakfast was great during the weekend, but this morning (Monday) when we left the weekday people just don’t care about breakfast. This should be addressed. We woke up to the smell of breakfast this weekend though✨🥰 overall it was a decent stay for the price. We had a very peaceful trip✨🙏🌬️ mission accomplished💁♀️

The front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and seemed in better condition than others. Beds were comfortable which is important for people with back problems. The breakfast, especially the eggs was good.

The room clearly says no smoking but that's all you smell when you enter the room
The room also smelled like mold. We couldn't even stay here and customer service was very rude when we went there to discuss the conditions of the room. They also refused to give a refund.

I had stayed here in the past and really liked it, however, on this trip I stayed in a different room (on the same floor) and it was awful. The walls were dirty and the furniture was warped. Additionally, the walls are paper thin and my room was right off the elevator I could hear every single person get on and off the elevator.

The room was large and wheelchair accessible. The roll in shower was huge and had a comfortable shower seat. The beds were comfy. The breakfast offered plenty of variety and was tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were many dining options as well as gas stations and shopping available at the location.

The price was good, especially the pet ($10), The staff was super nice and helpful - A women checked us and was there the next morning to check us out. I would think she would be tired and cranky at least once, but no, she was always nice.
The hotel was clean and our bed was really comfortable!

Room smelled pretty bad and the sink was not very clean. Someone had smoked in it as well but the smell was something far worse. Not sure what it was.

My one-night stay at this property went very well. At check-in, the clerk was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable -- about the standard for a reasonably-priced room at a Microtel Inn.

Bathroom was too small for family use. We came with a small pet but had to be put on the third floor against our desire. Breakfast was good.

Desperately needs a remodel, our sofa had rips in vinyl, pillows were the worst ever!!

This is one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed in. The doors barely close, it smells disgusting, there is no shower curtain liner-water gets everywhere when you shower, there are yellow stains on the sheets, there is no mini fridge or microwave, everything looks dirty and smells. Also the “queen” bed is definitely not a queen. It’s for sure a full. Terrible experience overall. Yuck.

Close to highway so noisy. Property is a little run down. Our room had an order. Seemed to be from a dirty filter in the air conditioner. Staff was great!

The room was just what we needed. A queen bed and a bathroom. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the provided breakfast and were back on the road home by 5:15am.
The property was a bit old, but has been updated and was clean.

Internet poor. Hot breakfast only on weekends. Toilet stopped up once. Microwave didn’t work. Outside door access key pad didn’t work. Housekeeping took towels and didn’t bring any back and when I asked for towels they told me they didn’t have any ready they were all being washed. After complaining about it they opened another room and took the towels from that room. Ridiculous !!!

The hotel is clean, the breakfast was good, it is located in a great area, there’s plenty of food restaurants nearby and it’s close to freeway to get to any place quickly around town.

Utilitarian hotel - reasonably clean, tiny room but not in a noisy area - price was excellent - modest breakfast offered - coffee was surprisingly good.

I have never stayed at a Microtel before and never will in the future. The size of the room was small but acceptable, however the overall condition of the property was extremely unacceptable. The shower rod was pulling from the wall, personal items from a previous person were under the sink, the carpet and bed covers were stained and a bedside light fixture did not work.

Room was not very clean. Hair was on the bed spread. Hair was also abundantly inside the bathroom tub. Towels were a little dingy as if they were very clean.

Good overall stay, very clean room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Only negatives are not enough light in room and mattresses are not even in support of body.

Mirrors deteriorated, bathroom faucet loose, shower curtain multiple tears, heater thermostat temp was off so at 72 it was way too hot

The pillows and bed were very comfortable but the ac unit was too loud and the lights were really bad as I couldn't get a soft liggt without covering one with a towel. Also the tv channels were all messed up and the ones listed were largly unavailable. The unit was clean. It is a good location for food.

Avoid unless it’s your only option. Hotel smells. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Sheets stink . Just slept on top of the bed with clothes on. Floors are creaky above. The person one floor above me was walking around at 1:30am. Sounded like they were gonna fall through. Lots of other choices in the area at similar prices
