So, first of all. There was no water, i mean zero water Monday-Friday after 9pm. I asked for a couple extra cloth hangers, it took them 2 days to give me some. After i made a phone call and spoke with the same house keeper twice. Also, because i stayed 4 nights, i ran out of toilet paper. I asked one of the house keepers for 2 rolls, she said i can only have 1. Because we were 2 people, we ran out again, i mean the rolls were small. So, i sent my friend to the desk to ask for 2 rolls, they said, we already gave you one, so we can't give two, here's one...By the way, I was OMG. Same thing with the towels. The hotel is under construction, yea, there was all kinds of noises, day and night. However, they didn't post that when i booked the hotel. It would been nice to know, about the water. For a Hampton hotel, idk. The mustiness and the smell because of that, it was uncomfortable. I travel a lot in the US and latin America. I have stayed in unpleasant places. At end of the day, it is what it is. However, again for a Hampton hotel and their reputation, it's disappointing. Im sorry to say this. A month ago, i went to the same region, i stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next to it, wow, a world of a difference. Way better. Im not picking on you guys. Please listen to this: "My worst critics, have been my best teachers" That quote, has help me to improve my life in every way.

Overall everything was good, just the receptionist, make me feel like I was bothering her.

You expect a different standard when you book in a Hampton. This one is clearly deflected and poorly maintained.

We were very pleased with out stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Saltillo. The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and complimentary coffee was great. The location was excellent near downtown and on the freeway. The only complaint was the toilet did not flush well and the water pressure was very low.

The bad: Room Keys are horrible, every day had to doublecheck they worked, day 1 and 2 had to go back to lobby to reprogram keys, day 4 the door lock wasnt programmed at all. Frist room we got was dirty and smelly, requested a room change and second room was better. Elevator 2 wouldnt open doors in 4th floor every other day. The good: Staff is super friendly - specially bell boy Don Jose Breakfast was good all 6 days Cleaning staff was good too.

Very old, bathrooms are not well cleaned, shower head was old, rusty, broken walls. It needs emergency update.

Looks like nobody take care of this hotel. The lobby restroom was unacceptable, this hotel needs a renewal

Not as clean as I would have hoped

Another good stay. The hotel was crowded with youth soccer teams. But management did well with the increased traffic. No issues.

Check in got us waiting an extra hour to get a room. Staff not so friendly.

The place is old and worn, the elevators screech and move in slo mo. The breakfast is ok, the beds also ok, not many amenities, the “business center” has nothing in working conditions, but friendly staff at the front desk make up for it. DO NOT EAT or order from the restaurant next door, absolutely AWFUL.

The hotel was comfortable but really is in need of maintenance... noticed rusty door frames, and aging carpets. The toilet was partially clogged and low water pressure in the toilet, so we had to flush multiple times to clear it. Breakfast eggs were luke warm. The hotel is bearable but would not like staying more than 2 days like we did.

Great for families. Walking distance to The US Capitol area (20 minutes) and many more places. Good restaurant downstairs. Recommended

This is the worst Hampton inn hotel that I have ever stayed. From the lobby entrance, it had a bad odor, the hotel is old and needs to be updated. I will not recommend this to anyone. There is a Holiday Inn Express right behind and is much newer and in better condition

Meh, pool had a dirty diaper falling apart in it. Elevators completely unsafe

This hotel is outdated. The rooms are filthy. I stayed in this hotel because of the reviews but was very disappointed. Front desk was not welcoming. Moved rooms because of cleanliness and maintenance issues. 2nd room not much better. It was too late to move again so just dealt with the one night. Breakfast was only decent part of stay.

they hosted a jr basketball tournament in Saltillo COAH Mexico. over 100 young adults running like crazy until the middle of the night. worst time to attend. next I will check no tournaments are hosted.
