The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and the place looked so cute! Unfortunately, we were given the keys to our room and walked into an unmade room- garbage still present, messed up beds and a can of bedbug fogger open, plastic under the door! We were so concerned over the possibility of bedbugs, that we changed to another hotel even though it was 11:00 at night. So unfortunate!

This hotel is a little older but so comfortable. The room was a nice size. We were on the top floor. There are only 3 floors. The lobby was so inviting and the staff was so friendly. We will definitely be staying here again. Water pressure is not the best but thats ok. Bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. We had a fantastic stay.

I've stayed here before, but this time the place was quite run down and was in need of a remodel. My room had paint chipping and bubbling, trim needed replaced, and mold was growing in the bathroom. The pillows had been washed and were incredibly lumpy and practically unusable. The windows did not open and there was no fan in the bathroom. It was clean, just in poor condition. It was not worth the price when I could have paid $20 more and stayed at a newer establishment.

Beds were comfy & property was clean. Definitely an old property in need of uodates though. Bathroom ceiling had a poor patch job & very low shower heads. Plenty of hot water & water pressure though. Would stay here again.

Horrible to stay at Hardman. It's a very old hotel in a non renovated state. All carpets, appliances, everything is age old. Additionally it's in downtown, so you have problem with junkies. your car is not safe even in the parking. Someone scratched my car looking at alarm system in my car. Stay Away!

The staff was amazing, the lobby and surrounding property was clean and nice. We got in late, got to our room, and went straight to bed. In the morning we found someone else’s blood on the comforter that we had just slept with. In the bathroom, a huge dirty mark was there both days (even after house keeping came). This hotel is also not for you if you ascent sensitive. I had an allergic reaction to their floral scented cleaning product that smelled like it was dumped on the carpet (which was coated with stains). Expedia reached out to the hotel for me about a refund, and it was denied by management. I even provided the photos. I wanted to love it, I Realt did. But the management didn’t do the right thing. Blood on a bedspread….you don’t come back from that one.

The staff was very personable and helpful. Topnotch in helpfulness. Condition of the hotel is very poor. Carpets and furniture need replacing and deep cleaning. Beds were superior. Very quiet location. Close to restaurants and attractions.

It is a nice place. There are some stains in carpet but that happens everywhere. The staff was great. Cookies and wine waiting in the evening. We had stayed before at the Days Inn which was filthy this was comparable and much nicer and clean.

The pictures look really nice on the website. As soon as I pulled up to the place I knew I was in for it. I opened the door to that old hotel smell. I walked up the counter and the lady immediately said the internet is down and asked for my name. No ID or credit card were taken and she handed me the keys to room. I went up to my room and thought about leaving but its only one night I thought to myself. I should have left because I didn't sleep much that night due to a dripping sound then some sort of buzzing noise. The breakfast was a joke.

Property is very old and needs updating. Carpets had very large ugly stains, hallways, rooms and common areas. Our shower didn't work so they changed our room with no hassle. The breakfast was sad. Cold cereal, toast, juice coffee, yogurt and apples. No hot food.

Everything was okay except we could not get in the door without assistance! It kept jamming and you had to fight with it. We were to tired to complain but they never offered to move us to another room nor send someone to fix it. The room was nice, great location.

Room not clean. Old stained carpets with tears and snags. Bathroom sink was not clean. Sink faucet only had boiling hot water. Room key cards worked once. Hotel desk deactivated my room cards, giving key code to a different guests.

Neighborhood at night is well lit, 3 blocks to several good restaurants..there are some odd people walking around, but over all felt safe walking to get food ..room is clean , bed ok ...front desk very helpful with coffee and ice water...quick check in...a surprise 100$ deposit fee..which will be returned at check out...apparently people get drunk and tear up the rooms! For price esp. With the air races going on a good value
