Staff at all levels outstandingly good in helpfulness, cheerfulness and general smiley nature. The only thing that let it down for us was our total inability to connect with the internet in the hotel’s WiFi. Two iPhones and two iPads could not connect throughout our three-days. In the end we had to use our mobile signals. Shame because everything else worked well for us.

Is hotel in front of the beach, 15 minutes from the historic center. Very clean, especially the front desk Javier help us with everything about my visit to Cadiz. I will came back!!!

Everything was good, except for the room that was extremely hot and the AC wasn’t working. The staff kindly offered a fan and we kept the window open. The breakfast buffet is excellent, worth to purchase.

Very friendly staff. Good sea view and things are within walking distance. Their car park is very convenient. However, we find private car park expensive.

Loved the cleanliness and room comfort.
However, they will not sell a cup of coffee in the morning, unless you purchase their $14.00 breakfast!😡. What hotel does not sell a cup of coffee in the morning… ridiculous!

Hotel Cádiz is beautiful and ideal for a beach vacation. You're literally on Playa Victoria once you go out the front door, and it's a short bus ride or bike to the Old City, where there are more sights. But the hotel was beautiful and the staff was helpful, so I will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Cádiz!

Everything about that hotel was great

the hotel itself is tidy and safe, the bed, sheets and room though is not 4-star and to par with the hotel as it is advertised. our bed was squeeky, pillows crunchy, the sheets werent fitted, just a flat sheet covering the mattress and blanket wasn't in a duvet cover. Just a thin insulator between two other flat sheets, kind of creeped us out, as with the pillows.

Location, you can enjoy the ocean view from every angle of the hotel. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Loved the decor. Only a short taxi ride from the cathedral and city center.

Large, clean, modern property with access to many restaurants bars and chiringuitos serving excellent seafood directly on the beach. An easy 15-minute walk along the sea takes you into a charming old town with narrow alleys and charming restaurants to enjoy.

Check-in was unusually slow, but besides that everything was great!

Excelent location at Playa de la Victoria. 20 min walking to the Old Town. Bus stop in front of the hotel door. Plenty restaurants nearby. Great and fresh breakfast. Worth the extra to get a sea-view room.
