Stayed 3 nights, but they never cleaned our room or delivered additional towels. Also, breakfast was decent, but one drink dispenser was Out of Order our entire stay, so no drinking water available. Had to purchase bottles of water if you wanted to drink water with your breakfast. Issues with room keys not working multiple times.

Customer service is subpar when room temp was 90 degrees due to a faulty unit. No other rooms available and no maintenance to fix until morning.

My reservation was Monday to Tuesday. I notified them I’d have a very late arrival and was assured it would not be a problem. Upon my arrival last night, actually 2 am Tuesday, my room was not held and the hotel was full. They did find me a room at another hotel but it made my long night much later…

Lobby was nice and staff were friendly at check-in. Our room was disappointing - smelled like feet, the bathroom door creaked loudly whenever you opened or closed it, and the beds were noisy every time someone moved. Beds were comfortable, just noisy. Very small refrigerator with no freezer section. Even with key access we could not use the door nearest our room and had to walk all the way around to go in or out of the building. Parking was terrible, many people ended up parked in the grass lot next door.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only two downsides were the bathroom. The first was the door stuck so you had to let it "slam shut" or it wouldn't close, the second was that they're was no kind of fan in it so when taking a shower the whole room filled with steam and you couldn't use the mirror then.

We arrived to find toilet pluged up. The desk staff tried to help but could not reach manger. She offered us a plunger, but took while to find it. Husband got it working for peeing, but did not want to use it to poop. Worried would plug up. Desk clerk said mgr never called her back so we reach out to both Chioce Hotel & Hotels.com. solution was for us to go to 1st floor touse public bathroom. We finally got a nice maintainence man to fix but had to use interpurter ap on phone to communicate problem. Fix next day before noon. Felt Corp Choice hotel & Hotel.com did nothing to accommodate us. Will never use either again. This is a short version. Very dissapointed.😱😢😫

Very understaffed. Maid didn't clean the entire time we were there. They didn't have enough staff to come up to the room to replace the remote that didn't work twice! Which didn't work the entire time we were there! Only the front desk staff spoke any English. Call for towels n toilet paper. Had to go down to get it myself. Very outdated door locks. Keys constantly stopped working. Even if it never touched anything else but an empty pocket. Whirlpool was broken. Breakfast was decent but couldn't ask staff for something because when I did she didn't understand me at all. Simply asking if they had oatmeal packets. She had no clue. Then when we were leaving we noticed the person cleaning rooms was a 10 year old boy.

It was a nice visit once I was able to get checked in. The desk helper was in the middle of computer maintenance when i attempted to check in and it took 45 minutes before she could do anything for us. She was very polite and nice, but seemed overwhelmed since there were so many people needing her assistance all at once.

Always have trusted the Country Inn banner. I was fooled this time. This property is tired & old. First impressions lasting. There is not enough parking to cover the number of guest rooms. We had to park in a fire lane, and hope our vehicles would not get hit. Fully booked property, we were on main floor. We could hear everything on top of us. We couldnt move. Shower curtain, torn, bathroom sink.hardly drained. Beds were not queen size, maybe in length not in width. Bed was below average for comfort, and pillows were small. It was unfortunate I prepaid my reservations on hotels.com webite, otherwise I would not have stayed the second night. I could go on, and bash the complementary breakfast, again not to.the standards of other Country Inn's I've stayed at.

The attendant on shift was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. It had everything I needed for my stay. The parking lot was oversold, I assume by the amount of snow on the parked vehicles spots were rented for airport parking leaving not enough spaces for hotel guests. There is nowhere else in the area to park. My bed had two flat, metal brackets sticking out the side, at shin height. I cannot image what they were there for except possible extenders for a larger mattress. They protruded 6-8 inches from the side of the bed and I ran into them multiple times in the dark, bruising and cutting open my shin.

Overall, stay was okay. The pictures online looked really great! Our room was fine but you could tell they “updated” things but gave it the landlord treatment. No comforter on the bed so we were freezing all night and the bathroom didn’t feel super clean. Lots of young kids around so we heard lots of running up and down the hallways. Glad we only stayed one night.

The only issue was in our room, the shelf/coat rack was pulled out of the wall. Did report this to the front desk upon checkout. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet.

It was very cold when we entered the hotel. We still had our jackets on while waiting to be checked in so it didn’t seem too uncomfortable. Everything was great as long as I didn’t leave my room. I did take part in the amenities of the pool area, it was comfortable, one of the hot tubs were out of service, but the temperature of the water in the pool and hot tub were great. I only scored it low on the fact it was so cold outside of our room and you needed to be dressed to be in a common area. It was very cold coming back from the pool area wet. I hope in the future they can keep the heat at a comfortable level for guests.

In town for a funeral and they gave us a room that had not been cleaned yet. This also happened to my Aunt and Uncle. Hotel was decent, but very stingy. We had 2 kleenexes and used them and when we returned after our room had been cleaned, the box had been refilled with 2 more kleenexes. The hot breakfast was very good. Definitely not the Ritz but good value for $100/night

I payed for a junior suite and when I arrived I was told they didn’t have any and wouldn’t give me a discount or refund for a cheaper room. The first room assigned, the door didn’t lock. Even with the dead bolt engaged someone could walk in just by turning the handle. They say on the website that they have a free area shuttle within 5 miles but that’s a lie and the staff refused to assist us. On check out day, one hour before check out, the house cleaner and manager knocked once and walked right into our room within a couple seconds after knocking. They didn’t have an excuse as to why they were barging in and wouldn’t even apologize. The only two food options within walking distance are a Taco Bell and a McDonald’s and the staff had no idea what time they were open until. First trip to Minnesota and we didn’t have a good experience because of this hotel. I’ll never stay here again.

Upon my arrival, the agent was not able to find my reservation. The agent took a long time (about 15minutes) to trying solve the situation. The agent told me to just cancel my reservation that I made via Orbitz in which I was not able to do so. Finally, the agent talked to the manager or the property and was able to check-in. On my third day of my stay, my room has been cleaned during the day and when I came back to my room around 4pm, the key was not working and even it was not even locked. It got me thinking what if my belongings were gone. Luckily, there was nothing missing, reported to the property and they changed my room in which was even more uncomfortable since I had to pack everything in order to be able to move to another room. After changing my room on my third day, then the noise issue happened since there was construction (paving) going on. Overall, I would definitely look for some other options instead of recommending this property.

We were moved to this hotel after our original hotel claimed to not have our reservation. The front desk person was very helpful and our room was very comfortable and relaxing after a late night.

Not so good. Exit stairwell was very dirty, glass on the carpeting, obviously no one has vacuumed in months, or paying any attention to this area. Bathroom had holes in walls, dirty, needs a finishers attention, and a painter. Hallways dirty, elevator dirty, front desk indifferent, lack of pleasantness, ho-hum, not trained well. Outside weedy, dirty, unkept. Why would I pay good money to stay in a dirty hotel? I won't next time. Very unsatisfactory.

Our AC did not work. We are pretty flexible and knew it was a holiday weekend so we toughed it out the first 2 nights. The third night it was far too hot to not request a new room. They moved us immediately once they checked into the AC unit. Service was very friendly. Beds were not the greatest. My oldest slept on the pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was pretty bad, even for a pull out. The room we got with AC did not have a pull out so they comped us a roll in bed, which was slightly better than the pull out couch. I am not sure I would stay again but the location was perfect for commuting to the childrens museum, science museum, and mall of America.

It was okay. I traveled with my children and booked a premium king suite because it came with a pull out couch. At check in front desk guy decided to down grade my room without telling me. I found out because, I went back to the car for my husband and children and we walked in. Once we got inside front desk man was like oh I need to change rooms because the one I have you does not have a a pull out couch I’ll have to move you up to one that does. And the rooms do not look like the pictures online. They should maybe renovate to come to times.
