They will do anything to get extra money from you, staff is not helpful at all. Do not stay here.

The room was good, just missing a floor bath mat; breakfast was bad: "old" croissant, scrambled eggs were under cooked...

It was clean and has friendly staff , but i had trouble sleeping because the bed wasn't comfortable specially the pillows, too firm to high it gave me a bad headache

I have previously stayed at Holiday Meydan so my expectation was similar to it. However overall it was an okay experience.

The reception was very very rood and not helping. I am female was travelling alone, and they asking too many personal questions. Never stay again in this hotel.

Good clean spacious hotel. Staff are super friendly. Business centre booking for my team to work in late evening for a couple of hours was too costly - we never bothered booking.. instead sat in one of our rooms.

Good central place. Nice staff. Overall 4 star place with good location. Elevators are bit slow and location of WC in bathroom is wired. House keeping is good.

Simple no frills hotel. The breakfast is good and dinner is good as well. The gym equipment is new and enough for most people. The rooms are simple but the bed is comfortable.

As always, it comes down to how the hotel staff interacts with its clients. From the transportation manager & drivers that shuttled me to RUH to the restaurant staff, to Housekeeping to the Front Desk staff, everyone acted very politely and professionally. You have a well trained and motivated staff that strives to satisfy hotel guests.

Within walking distance of many restaurants. Very good service and clean rooms. Good for staying a few nights when in bussines trips.

I have been staying at this hotel on business trips over the past 8 years and the rooms are looking very tired and in need of renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel during a short business trip to Riyadh.
The staff had a lack of training on the programs that their group (IHG) was advertising.
I had to argue to get their program honored.
The room had some cleaning issues.

This hotel is centrally located in Riyad and great for providing consistent clean and comfortable place to sleep and relax. They have two buildings right next to each other separated by a parking lot. Both buildings have rooms and they both are they same in Holiday Inn quality. In some cases, to get connecting rooms for example, you may be ased to go to the other building.
