This is our third stay at this hotel and we have always had a pleasant experience. The hotel is a value for the Tumon area. The pool is nice and never crowded. The hot tub isn’t “hot” except during the middle if the day when everything is hot, but quiet cold as the sun goes down.

The hotel's location, view, friendliness of the staff, hotel condition, etc. are all good overall. However, there was a problem with the shower water not draining well, but this is a very small problem that will not be a problem if you take care of it.

Desk Service is a great and welcoming but there needs proper cleaning prior and during the stay. The floors were dusty and the room wad not serviced when needed to be.

Elevator made tremendous noises. Staff were always kind and helpful. Bar and pool are nice. Building is old. It's apparent they are trying to make it look better. Would stay again, close to lots of stff.

Hotel room was very clean. The bathroom had large towel and hand towels. The blinds are nice but don’t stop light from coming into the room due to having two blinds rather than one large blind. The walls/door that join the rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbor talking on the phone if they are loud. The hotel is close to the beach and amenities.

The check-in process was quick & easy. Staff are friendly & accommodating. The only issues was a very noisy, rude neighbor which they had removed from the hotel and the room had not been dusted in a while. You could see the build up all around the edges of the room, on the lamp, shelves, well everywhere. Overall, for an overnight stay it was pretty pleasant.

Nice room and hotel! Only downside was the black out drapes wasnt installed correctly, so the sun was stilĺ shining in. Also the stand up shower was slippery, so be careful. There is no shower curtain so the water was going next to the toilet. It's ok. I loved the room and would stay here again. Also I miss Delmonico restaurant. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool and bar, which looked awesome for cocktail hour. Staff was friendly.

I enjoyed my stay..my only issue was..housekeeping was not on daily basis...although i leave the "maKe up room" card..the wind blows it to the ground..but out of 4 days of stay..room was cleaned only once...

The area was nice and clean. At night, you can hear cars passing by. During the day, I heard construction going on which was somewhat bothersome. I was also confused about the checkout time. When I extended my checkout time, I thought I was told it was 6 p.m. but around 5 p.m. when I returned to my hotel room, it was clean and I couldn't find my other bags. It was a good thing I saw the room attendant with my bags and that was how I was able to retrieve them.

I fell and cut my neck out in town. When I asked if they could call a taxi they couldn’t get a hold of one. So the manager Mrs. Rose took me to the hospital and stayed with me the whole time like a caring mother. I got 16 stitches. They treat every guest the same like family. 5/5 would stay again anytime I’m in Guam.

Stay was ok. Staff was excellent. Unfortunately we had a issue with housekeeping. Trash wasnt taken for 2 days. I had to call front desk and address the issue. Comforter had a big stain and i requested for a change. Again, nothing was done.

Convenient and upgraded/renovated property. Elevator was down (inoperable) when i was checking out and worried that I had to carry my bags 6 floors down. Waited for the elevator to fixed. Also wasn’t warned that there would be a hefty hold on my card at check in.

Enjoyed the free breakfast, and complimentary cocktails and appetizers during happy hour (lounge access). Room recently renovated. Only complaint with room is that shower has a doorless design which allows water to get on the bathroom floor, and the refrigerator didn't get too cold.

The door doesn't shut down automatically, I have to real push it hard #313. No bell boy could help me bring my luggages to my room - I'm an old lady 76 yrs old. I had a hard time pushing my luggages into the elevator and pushed all the way to my Room. Though Staff are nice but when I asked for a Bell Boy, she said (Manager), they don't have any - what, the only hotel without any Bell Boy!

Entrance door key had not worked. Due to the battery dead. Again, I have selected Bayview Hotel (Deluxe room) however it went to Oceanview building. Better indicate on the website "Bayview reservation currently move to Oceanview building" or any.
