We get a level of comfort we pay for! Unfortunately, all ‘reasonably priced’ local hotel rooms were booked for the air show when we made a reservation. I must say, the hotel staff did all they could to help us, and we appreciate the help. We’ll book a better grade hotel earlier next time,.

Check in hair all over bathroom shower was not clean. Then i ask for a 12 checkout they could not honor it.

Quiet at night, but pillows are not in very good condition. Next time I will bring my own pillow.

I love staying their. The house keepers got the most respectful attitudes and do there jobs like the should. I never entered a room that wasn't to my standards. I feel safe, if I needed anything the front desk clerk gets me right every time. It's easier coming going to my job on Spence Avenue and literally feet from restaurant's so I don't have to drive far.

There was mold around tube in bathroom. No vanity. Very small room. Would stay again if need be.

The office is okay, only you aren’t allowed to go in. Instead, you have to check out at the side with a push out drawer. The bed was hard, the lightbulbs were not bright enough, and to turn off the bedside light you have to get out of bed and stand up to switch it off. Nice to have a microwave and mini fridge, but no coffee pot. New pedestal sink and toilet in bathroom, but overall needs updating. Just OK. You get what you pay for.

Hotel was noise and room was not clean roaches

Didn’t like the fact the tv was boxed in so I couldn’t hook up my roku stick to enjoy tv and the remote to the tv barley worked

I didnt like the cars pulling up with loud music while im trying to sleep 2 o'clock in the morning

I like the America best Value Inn it was very close to the highway right next door to a Great Pizza place the people there were very friendly there Emily was very helpful and had knowledge of the area as matter of fact she knew where everything was at i would tell everybody to go there i am going back in july i will give this place 20 stars

I didnt like the fleas in the bed

This was my third time staying here.I reviewed this property twice before.Although the staff were great,I was a little more concerned since I now have a newborn.People were living in the hotel & had their items around the property like it was an apartment complex.The staff assured me they were workers staying there until November.Our first room had roaches in which I killed 2 one with tissue & one with a wash cloth that I laid out to clean my baby bottles & the roach crawled on it.The walls were so thin,we smelled an extremely faint smell like rubber burning in the restroom after the entrance of the persons next to us.There were ashes in the sink & tub of a nonsmoking room.I spoke with the staff & they tried their best to accommodate us by switching our room.The room they switched us to was recking with the smell of marijuana with 2 blunt butts on the ground outside the door.They were nice enough to give us air fresher that helped some.But I ended up having to buy more to try to assist with the smell considering we were there for church,& I didn’t want the smell lingering in our clothes.I took a picture of a wash cloth that had a good amount of hair in it upon use.The area itself is decent with well known/liked stores/food & a theater within minutes of the hotel.I understand motel/hotel prices go up on the weekends but I fell as though the 1 night stay was only worth $50.There were persons outside our room window & the room above us loud talking/bump/banging until 2am.

Stayed his twice for a 2 day trip.

Should not have a “good rating”. Shady place. 2 police cars were there when we got there and one stayed for a long time must’ve been waiting for someone. Room was supposed to be non smoking- wasn’t. Air conditioning didn’t work. Asked to be moved and the front desk worker took me to another room that was supposed to be available to see if I thought it was better and the room was occupied! Shady, awful place. We left.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and we thought the bed was very comfortable. A little disappointed the swimming pool was not open , but an enjoyable stay!

I was unable to sleep because there was definitely either bed bugs or dust mites which led to itching all night long. Towels were old and dingy. Room was dusty and look like it had not been cleaned in ages

Staff was friendly but all you could hear all night long was music and noise. Made a complaint but nothing was done about it. So we will not be staying there anymore

It was okay the last night the power in the room went out maybe it’s an electric problem with the lines.. but it was definitely a circuit shortage. No one came to change the towels . It could be more southern hospitality!

Normal low budget hotel. Only there for sleeping. As expected.

Dirty, it was uncomfortable my fridge didnt work. My hot shower steam set off the smoke detector that was outside the bathroom door
