I made the the reservation for the room a month ago and when I got there they almost over booked the hotel and I almost didn't get a room because they overbooked the hotel

Room not reserved when arrived and given room 205 which I saw was not cleaned as no sheets on bed, bag of garbage outside I was told it was marked as cleaned so it being 7 I guess, she said she was going to move me into other room went to office 2x closed then desk clerk said I had to wait for maintenance 1hr before checkout as PHONE DOES NOT WORK, TV DOES NOT WORK, THERES NO TABLE, BEDS SMALL AMD MISSING A PILLOW . Clerks APPARENTLY CANT AUTHORIZE A ROOM CHANGE. WONT LOOK AT OR FIND ANOTHER PHONE THAT WORKS, TVS BROKEN ETC, WIFI CUTS OUT. REBECCA IN RELOCATIONS SAID THEY WONT HELP ME SINCE MAINTENANCE COMES IN AFTER 9AM. CHECK OUTS 10. THE NASTIEST LADY AND CRAPPY HOTEL EXPERIENCE AND WORSE HOTEL COM IS MANIPULATION AND GREED THIS IS NOT A DEBUTANTE COMPLAINING ABOUT SCRATCHY SHEETS, THIS IS A 87 ROOM WITH NO PHONE THAT WORKS, NO TV, ETC AND SINCE MAINTENANCE (WHICH BY THE WAY NEVER CAME WHEN HAD MULTIPLE THINGS BROKEN IN ROOM) AN GOUR BEFORE CHECKOUT THEY CANT RELOCATE ME. I SPENT $87. CRAPPY

Lady at dront desk was rude and had the door locked with a sign reading no vacany. I already had paid for my room in full for 2 nights I booked it through hotels.com. I called hotels and they made it up to me and found some where else to stay

we refused to stay, when checking in the lady behind the counter said there was no refunds once we checked in, asked to see room and she took me up to room and on the way. rooms with no doors, cats walking around on the ground n walkways, could see into rooms that were trashed, holes in walls. concrete on walkways broken, desolving, told the nice lady that i wouldnt take the room. walking back to car, city police pulled into building parking lot with lights flashing. i just got to my car and said we are not staying here. scary situation. the lady behind the counter did say they were rebuilding but still didnt feel safe.

Room was dirty, blood on bed skirt, floor was filthy. The element of people around cops where there many times. Can watch drug deals go down. Just needs to be shut down.

It was horrible. Kids running around shooting play guns at people, beds dirty, people parties till 6 am. Then our door knob fell off so got locked in room. Horrible experience. I feel they should refund me.

Unsafe. Front desk clerk wasn’t even there for 20 minutes. People walking around outside, curtains, partially off the rails, disgusting place.

We had a long travel day. Looking for bed to crash for night. It is pet friendly and they don’t charge for your dog. We had n/s room but it did smell smoky. The bedding and pillows are what you would expect from a motel 6. Clean (cigarette holes in blanket) It did look a little sketchy outside but inside room was clean. There was a nice young man that greeted us at the desk. He checked us in ver efficiently. If you are just looking for a bed to crash and are not too picky this would work for you.

Leaves blowing in under the door, needed to block air under door with towels. No bathroom toilet paper holder. No TV remote. No cash advised as they did not have change for $100 Bill on $79 dollar room charge. Obvious that most rooms are rented out long term, not nightly. Handicap parking stalls are blocked by two vehicles with flat tires. They have clearly been parked there for some time!

Garbage everywhere outside, druggies living there, scary!! No remote to TV. No bedspreads, ripped blankets. Very old mattresses, main light in bathroom out. Truly frightening. Never been anywhere worse!! Very poor condition. Left, Lost my money, but figured my car wouldn’t get broken into by the druggies sitting all around outside. Night attendant told me I was just mean when I gave the key back and left. I’ve used motel 6 since they were $6. Never again!!!

We tried to check in, the lady said it would be an hour and half. We left came back an hour and half later, to again be told it would be an hour and a half. I told the lady, I was told that an hour and a half ago. There were families living in thia motel. Im pretty sure drug dealing in the parking lot. You could see outside from the bottom of our door. Also there were dead bugs on our floor

I didn’t even stay at this motel 6. I told the front desk you can keep my money that’s how disgusted I was with the place. The room that was provided for me didn’t have a curtain and the toilet was broken.

Beds were not made. No curtain on window people could just walk by and see in. Phone was broken. No remote for the tv. Room stunk. Door handle was broke just fell off.
Moved to another room 1 pillow per bed. Sheets and comforter were stained. Room stunk nor remote for tv did eventually got one from front desk. Phone was broke. Bathrroms were nice.

Do not stay in the south or north motel 6 in Billings Montana both places are total shitholes filthy full of druggies trash everywhere, advertised 68$ actual cost 96$ fair warning stay away

Too many questionable characters loitering around the area. Maybe they are staying in the motel but in my opinion they are mostly not typical guests

Worst day of my life wish I could have got my money back hotel did not have pillows did not provide towels said they did not have any on the property asked ask for these items two times a day both days I was there never received them not worth my money would have been better off staying in a tent very disappointed do not recommend this hotel to a bum

The hotel staff stated that this hotel doesn't rent rooms online. Staff also used profanity and vaped behind the desk while the phone just rang. We also observed illegal activity occurring on the premises.

Lol…. I should be financially reimbursed for this stay. Maintenance was supposed to work on my door.. never did. No room key.. drug dealing going on next store.

No smoke detector. The safety latch on the door was broken. The bathroom door was all splintered. Word been kicked in. The outside paint on the window is broken. The room had no towels or toilet paper. Guess we’re noisy all night. And the television remote control was too greasy and sticky to handle. The mattresses poor.

Don't even think about stopping here. The entire place was filthy, garbage and worse on the walkways, broken windows, plaster falling off the exterior walls. The car next to mine had all 4 tires slashed, with several other smashed cars on the property. Half the occupants were apparently living there as a last resort. Nobody trusted anybody around there. Open drug dealing in the parking lot. Cars and occupants coming and going all night. The people running the place are obviously tolerating all this. I can't believe this is a Motel 6. Literally the worst place I have ever seen or stayed at. We couldn't wait to get out of there, and considered leaving at 9:30 at night for safety reasons.

Staff were nice however, the place needs a major refresh....no microwave, mini fridge and even the ice maker was broken on a 100degree day. Rooms look very old like the owner will not put any $$ into as they have a newer one across the street. Avoid

I will first say this hotel provided a place for us to rest after a long day’s drive. It was the cheapest in Billings which I needed because lodging and most everything else is so expensive in MT! I read the reviews of other guests and hoped for the best, but, unfortunately the warnings of the reviews were very true! The first room offered had blood all over the shower! The second room lacked the blood but was otherwise easily the worse room I ever paid to sleep in! We feared for our lives, but had some comfort by police cars driving through the parking lot often. I will not drive through MT again.

Booked the hotel online, received a comfirmation and when we arrived, they had 1 double bed room left but no air conditioning in the room. UNACCEPTABLE especially in the recent heat wave. Only received a partial refund as they wouldn't answer the phone to give a reason to Hotels.com as to why we had to cancel the room so late.

Check in was terrible. There were two Motel 6 properties on either side of the street. Tried to check in at 12:45 a.m. after driving for 10 hours. Door was locked with a note saying to go across the street to check in. Went over as instructed. There was nobody at registration. Waited for over 15 minutes before learning the guy was checking in someone at the original location. Extremely unpleasant experience at that time of night. I would not stay here again, and probably never again at a Motel 6 period. The outside of the Motel was pretty bad… even a full car wheel leaning up against the wall among the other garbage laying around. Step up your game!!
