No face towel. No washroom mat. No hair drier. Expensive yet simple breakfast. Fees were not clear, we paid a different price than initially indicated by Hotels.com. Never staying there again and won’t ever recommend to anyone.

There was no toilet paper in the room. Except from that, it was fine, not great. The staff were kind.

Hotel lies that they provide a shuttle. I called upon arrival to Orly airport to request a shuttle and nobody answered the phone. After waiting an hour and no shuttle showing up I decided to take an Uber to the hotel. The next day upon check out, I inquiry about getting a shuttle back to the airport. The staff instructed me to get to a location offsite of the hotel property to take a “bus.” That’s not a proper shuttle service. A shuttle service picks you up from the hotel property. I complained to Expedia and they gave me a weird excuse that I had to contact the hotel in advance of my arrival. Nowhere in the property description states that.

The room and hotel was as expected for a 2-star hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was perfect for the price. However, the bathroom in our room smelled like sewage (we had to keep the door closed at all time so the smell wouldn’t come in the room). The bathroom itself was clean, but the odour coming from the pipes was intense.

The staffs were nice and helpful, the hotel is centrally located, but far from the airport no airport pickup, paid $100 for a cab ride from the airport to the hotel

Only 1 plug socket in room.
Smelt like a nursing home.
Windows could not be opened without possibly banging your head.
Bathroom smelled very musty.
Kept tirning lights on with my head whilst asleep due to positioning of them.

The photos do not match the reality of the property. The sheets on the bed had brown stains on them, the lamp shades were covered in dirt, overall it felt dirty we ended up sleeping somewhere else.

I arrived hotel midnight and the hotel is completely different from the pictures. The interior of the restroom is horrible and the bed sheets have all stains.
And it’s having a construction all nights around the hotel that you can’t sleep.
Only bright side is that the staff is kind.
I called a taxi at 5am and left the hotel. I stayed about 5 hours and the worst experience I ever had.

It was disappointing to learn that free airport shuttle was only from nearest airport Orly (not from CDG). I ended up in wrong side of town.

You get what you pay for. We stayed one night before our flight. It was clean but so small and was like a motel 6 in us

There is a free shuttle to Orly Airport about 1 block and a Bus stop for 216 very close by.
However, the room stinks with cigarettes.

The hotel was clean. The beds are too low. The inability of most of the staff to communicate in English was a drawback.

The rooms were semi clean. The bed were super low not comfortable at all but it did the job and for the price I guess it was okay

The rooms were very small and cramped, no room to open a luggage anywhere. The bathroom was also very small and dirty. The room and the hallways smelled rotten like a mixture of smoke and mold. Breakfast was very limited, just a few pastries but as far as breakfast goes it was acceptable
2.0
Breakfast area was clean and nicely laid out. The staff at front desk was very pleasant and helpful.
However passage way to room was extremely musty.
There was no soap in the bathroom and the linen was obviously previously used by someone else. Had a very bad odour from someone else.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the ORY airport but the taxi costs 50€. The staff wasn’t very friendly but thankfully one employee could speak a little English. The rooms are small and not very clean. We had issues with our shower overflowing everyday. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes and guests are loud after 11pm. If you’re planning on visiting the center of Paris and/or Disneyland this isn’t the place you need…

I recommend this hotel only if you’re flying in or out of Orly Airport. I was not aware there are 3 airports in Paris and transportation was difficult as this hotel is on the other side of Paris having to take multiple trains and a bus to get there. The hotel is very clean with courteous staff. If I return to Paris I will stay here again!

Room smells bad, i do not know what product they use to clean the room.
Heater/AC is not not working.
Lightbulb is out.
No remote in the room.
I tried to find the switch on/off button on TV, and found dust on TV.
Good staffs.

I was in transit only for 2 days and the place is perfect for me as i travel very simply without any luxury in booking any accommodation,i am used to hostels around the world.the staff is very welcoming at check in and at check out.the house maids really respect your privacy as long as the "do no disturb" sign is hanged on the door nob.My room is great as i can open the windows for a fresh air.the area is surrounded by the croissantrie convenience store where everything you need is there from bread to drinks and to pastries and sandwiches. The McDonald's just around the corner serves a very very strong coffee at 1.60 euros and it is worth it to start the morning.I really did enjoy my 2 nights at premiere class rungis with a very cheap rates i booked with Expedia.Happy travel y'all.

Very disappointing stay. There is nothing ‘premiere’ about this place. The room had a funky smell, a mix between dank muskiness & old cigarette smell. The bedspread had crusties on it - a stain is almost easier to bear because you can believe it’s been washed but the stain has set… crusties that can be flicked off just prove an unwashed bedspread. No toiletries or blow dryer. The only soap in the bathroom was a dispenser in the shower, didn’t specify if it was hand soap or body wash or shampoo. Also, the shower doors didn’t align to close well so the floor was wet. There is a club nearby & people were out in there carpark off the hotel loudly talking & laughing all night long, made sleeping tricky.
The airport shuttle was a good thing but there should be a map showing where it is. It’s up there road a wee bit & perpendicular to the main road on a corner. Luckily a man at a neighbouring hotel showed us where it was.
The saying is true - you sometimes get what you pay for but I’ve also stayed at other airport hotels at this price point & not been so disappointed.

Room smell

It is clean and the bed is comfortable, but there is a smell like wood. It can be solved by opening the window. Another problem is about the wall, which is too thin and enable you to hear the sound from next room. ( Luckily they stop making “ love” sound in midnight)
The staff doesn’t know English, so you may can’t ask him anything , including hotel shuttle service( I didn’t use this service at last) it is convenient to go to ORLY airport.

The place is very basic . It says it has sound proof walls but it doesn’t. Place has NO amneties. Just a towel and the rooms were very small. Very akward location to take the bus at night time . Staff was very friendly .
