Nice Place. Clean. Good TV

The people working here are extremely courteous. They respond professionally. The place is clean and their service is good. However, they do not clean your room everyday unless asked! When I asked about it, they said that it is their policy to clean "every 3 days", but they will do it for me everyday since I asked! After all, this is not Airbnb; and hotel/motel policy is to clean everyday.

No fridge or towels

At first glance, this is a fairly recent renovation with some cute little extra touches. Some of the condition left a bit to be desired- the desk/tv space had several stains on the surface and the chair which looked to be spilled nailpolish or something. The bathroom lights flickered and sputtered before turning on, with a concerning zapping sound that makes me think there's a short or improper splice somewhere in the wall. There was also no toilet paper dowel- housekeeping just left the roll neatly folded on the top of the tank, haha! The mini-fridge was missing a foot and so it rocked back and forth, and looked to have frozen-over mold on the cold tray at the top. I didn't notice until the following morning that there is no coffee maker provided, which I find so ubiquitous to hotel stays I was actually a little baffled by! Small soap bars are provided for the sink and shower, though for any shampoo or conditioner you must buy them from the front desk for $1 apiece. Don't think I'd stay here again unless I was in dire need of a cheap place right off the highway.

MIt was sooo much better than last I stayed couple years ago. It was very clean. Thank you housekeeping Check in was great. Nice young man. WiFi was 100% better. It's like a total flip. Nobody hanging out on cars like before. Felt safer. Close to food and shopping. My Lexington go to place. As good as higher priced motels nearby I've stayed.

The hotel uses a cheap industrial cleaning sanitizer in the rooms. It smells like what they use in an airport bathroom. It's strong enough to sting your nose when you walk in the room. The room is a hard floor and a concrete-looking bed with one sheet on it.

Squashed bugs on the bathroom door, fingernail on the bathroom floor, sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when you turned it on just a little, sheets were stained but smelled clean, rug in front of door was torn and had stains on it, no mini fridge in room, no microwave, no breakfast, but we paid $55 on a weekend so we were ok with it.

Their always welcoming and nice. If they have the room ready they fit hair you about checking in a little early. Great service

Try not to stay here. My room was dirty - and I normally stay at this level of property, so I don't mean that it isn't a five-star property, I mean that there was actual dirt on the floor, leftover glitter on the floor, and that the bathmat turned black when it was wet and i walked on the floor. Even worse, was that I reported this to the Front Desk Clerk who told me that he'd have someone take care of it, but nothing happened and so the second night was just as dirty as the first. Location is good, general condition is OK, but dirt dirt is not ok wwith me!

Very clean room, perfect for quick overnight stop. Morning coffee was good.

It was clean it was quite for just a good piece and quite when u need to just get away and relax and sleep the young man at front desk that waited on me amazing I didn't catch his name but I checked in around 3 pm on the 20 of March and when I checked out he waited on me I want to say thank u to him for making me comfortable and being so nice and sweet and great customer skill I will bck real soon

After reading some bad reviews I booked the room anyway at the lowest cost I’ve ever seen. Surprised that none of the issues I had were apparent in my room. It was clean, the bedding was good condition, the water pressure and temperature was fine.

No fridge, no microwave, AC didn’t work, toilet only flushed after manipulating the float, room was not clean.

Bathroom didn’t look very clean, Top comforter also was very worn looking.

Non-Smoking room, but there cigarette burns on the bedspread. Minimal water pressure in sink and shower.

Very bad property, I don’t recommend

Do not ever stay here. Holes in bedding slept on top. Didn’t want to see what was underneath.

For the price, it was okay. Shower had very low pressure, room was clean. Sheets were itchy. Safe location.

My room smelt like a locker room or had been cleaned with dirty water. There were also flies in my room. I stayed because I checked in late and did not want to find another place to stay or lose the money I had already paid.

The room was freezing!! After you been driving all day....you get a room and all you want to do is go to sleep. Im all unpacked. Put on my pj's... I go to turn the heat on and all it does is blow cold air. I was way to tired to call the desk and wait on someone to come fix it.... Ive waited on maintenance before and after being kept up later...they still ended up changing my room....again i had been driving 8 hours ...up since 6am.... at 11pm Im just ready to sleep. And it should of been as simple as that. So l just bundled up and got in bed. The next day at check out i told the clerk the heat in that room doesn't work you should get someone to look at it... he started trying to explain to me... oh sometimes you have to re-set it like unplug it and turn it back on.... instead of apologizing for my terrible night he was trying to tell me what i was doing wrong. How was i supposed to know you need to unplug it??? Theres no sign or anything. Most clerks will say sorry for your troubles.. or at least would say... i will get someone to look at that right away. This was my worst night ever in a hotel/motel and ive stayed in hundreds of hotels. The room itself was ok... there was some hair in the bed, dust on the counters and sticky places on the floor. But thats a cheep motel... however the price of this stay was not cheep at all. Way overpriced for this low of quality. Unfortunately it was the only place with rooms available when I booked.

Really? The WORST ever. Absolutely horrible. Dirty, smelly, no other rooms available at all? I will shout it from the rooftops, this place is a joke and not worth $1.62 let alone ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY TWO DOLLARS. This is literally the definition of highway robbery.
