Hotel is good, quote far from Haram, you need to wai long for the bus as it can only move on some fixed time slots only, i paid for 2 people breakfast but once i already paid online via credit card, at hotel they told me Breakfast only covers for 1 person, thats an upset situation when you are along with family.

Friendly staff, room was very clean an spacious. Regular shuttle to the mosque provided. Amazing stay all around.

Not easy to call a taxi or cab. Shuttle service good but if times do not match, alternative taxi is a hassle

It was horrible .. the shower was barely working .. no presssure .. the water was cold.. my son was shivering after.. when we complained they sent someone to fix it.. 2 mins later it was the same … we were checking out so didn’t bother calling them again… the power went out two times at night with a super loud alarm with it. Ac n all turned off… we paid $500 a night for this crappy place. Very poorly maintained. Hair dryer wasn’t working.. started off with cool and then turned off. Stinky as well. I have videos too.. let me know if you me to share. The counters were cracked up in the bathroom

I always stay at Le Meridien, it is centrally located, and the rooms are large and clean and well equipped.
The staff are very friendly Fahad and the team on reception always look after me very well.

I liked the fact that rooms and suites were specious. I did not like waiting for 15 minutes because they wanted to check the room minibar even though i told them that i did not take any thing

The room size was excellent , the service was good , the furniture was a little bit old but fine , the breakfast was not that good :(Id stay there only for attending occasions in the same hotel halls

IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THS HOTEL AND FOR SURE IT WILL NOT BE THE LAST.EVERYTHING WERE PERFECT BUT CHECK IN NEED TO BE IMPROVED.NO RESTRURENT NEARBY HOTEL SO MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU GET IN THE HOTEL.
