We arrived late at the hotel and the front desk gentleman was very nice. The room was very warm and humid enough that the sheets were damp. The water park also did not open until 12 pm. The kids were hoping to swim before we had to leave at 10 am.

Pretty quiet in spite of how many people were there. AC started out slow but kept us as cool as we needed. Price was very reasonable! Sure could have used a microwave but used one downstairs.

Staff was great. Had a couple extremely minor issues and they took care of it immediately and in the end it was my user error.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were actually comfortable. I usually can never sleep in hotel beds and I didn’t have any issues. Water park was okay, kids were disappointed the water slides were closed but they still had fun.

Took my grandkids for the night to use the waterpark Found out after we checked out that the big slides have never been operational they have been sitting unused for almost five years now. They couldn’t get the spa to work the kiddie pool was freezing and the slides were dry. You ever try sliding down a dry slide with wet clothes? It doesn’t work so well. They also would not allow the kids to use the waterpark after we checked out,they wanted us to pay another 10 dollars each. They advertised that there is continental breakfast, there was one but only for the bus that was there. They offered a buy one breakfast get one free at a near by restaurant but it only applied to adults and I was the only adult. The only good thing about the entire experience was the view from our room. We had an excellent view of the bridge and the water Overall I was quite disappointed I will not be going back. If you want a small waterpark for the kids go to the crown choice down the street. The slides actually use water and you can use the park after you check out as well.
