Really convenient near the airport. Appreciated the airport shuttle. Next door to grapevine mall. Walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel was comfy and clean.

There wasn’t necessarily anything wrong but the building and room were old and shows signs of wear. Our shower made a loud sound when it switched to hot water and it was either scalding hot or cold. The front cover on the air conditioner kept falling off. The breakfast wasn’t very good, even for a hotel breakfast. It was just an average to below average stay overall. The staff was real nice and friendly though.

Marsha was a true gem. She was very helpful and even when you could tell she was overwhelmed a bit, she continued with a smile and a great additive. For me shuttles can be a real hit and miss situation. Not here. The shuttle was on time with no issues. The driver was sweet and funny. This might be my new pre trip hotel.

We had a wonderful time there. My son said the room was much nicer than he expected, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast is awesome too.

Stay one night with my family to transit fight. Excellent breakfast and shuttle service. Staffs are really friendly. We all have an amazing day!

Hotel is convenient for the airport but there’s nothing else around. A very average nondescript place you wouldn’t want to spend more than one night at. The hot tub was disgusting, the pool was depressing and the gym area only had a couple of machines.

Great one say stopover in Dallas. Mall is across the street with heaps of activities, shopping and places to eat. Beds were comfy. Breakfast great. Coffee all day in lobby. Staff amazing. After a day of travelling they got us into a room 2hrs early. Shuttle very helpful and lovely drivers. We’ll definitely be staying again on our next stopover. Only suggestion would be to offer half day rates if you know you have some late flights/arrivals. We were hoping to pay extra for an extra 6hrs but were only given the option of paying an entire additional night.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed here and I still love it. It is close to the Grapevine Mills Mall. It was very spacious for my family of 6. I can’t complain about the hotel because my experience was great

Wish we could have stayed for our originally planned time. We were able to check in early to get ready for our show. The room was designed with a sitting area which was very nice. The shower cap was a nice touch. Will definitely stay there again.

Located right across the big shopping / entertainment center. Stay here if you have a long layover flight, you will find a lot of things to do for adult and kids. They are all just in walking distance, hotel offers on request airport shuttle very covvinient, only take 15mins to get to the airport.

I have stayed at this property several times as it's convenient for the mall. I liked the inclusion of a shuttle that would take us within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. We waited a while for shuttle to pick us up from the airport but apart from that we had an enjoyable stay.
Even though we arrived quite early befoee our check in time we were able to leave our cases in their safe hands.
Staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We love the shuttle ride, and the service was fantastic!

It would have been 5 Stars across the board except we had no local TV channels because Spectrum couldn’t diagnose the problem/solution for almost two weeks. Couldn’t watch anything on the network channels with Dallas feed. Missed all sports and shows. Really negatively impacted my visit.
