It was a great place to stay the night before our flight from JFK. The hotel has a shuttle which runs every 30mins. We were able to use it after we dropped our hire car back to the airport. Then again on the day of our flights. We were able to have a late checkout at no extra cost which made things more comfortable for us.
We are in the restaurant and the burger was amazing.

They never tell you the hotel is under construction.This past trip construction was all over the building.

We got the hotel after traveling for 7 hours, to find out they did not have any on-site parking left. I was told to find parking on the street, which did not sit well with me because the area was sketchy. I ended up calling Hotels.com and they refunded my stay. We then found another hotel with on-site parking not in a sketchy area.
The main reason I selected the hotel was for the parking. They should list first come first serve. Hotel 0, but Hotels.com 10

The parking is an issue. The parking area gets full fast and you on your own to park on the street. I didn't like that at all.

Parking is first come first served. Never heard this at any hotels in north america. Room had leaking water on floor, they changed the room but got smaller double beds for thw price of queen beds.
Good luck with parking on the road, its a mess.

I stayed at this hotel twice. The room on the fifth floor is newer than the one on the third floor. If you want to find a reliable hotel with lower price, Hilton Garden Inn is a good choice.

It’s nice hotels to stay before your flight

Short overnight stay for connecting flight out of JFK. Shuttle hours limited to airport so we had to Uber there at 11 pm and Uber back to airport at 5:30 am because it was outside shuttle hours. Bed was comfortable and desk staff was very nice.

We made a reservation for our family of 3 to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Queens/JFK Airport for one night on December 31, 2023. While the shuttle service from/to the airport was convenient, and the front desk staff was friendly, we give it one star for the appalling state of the room we were given, especially considering we were charged $333.60 for this 1-night stay at a place that should not be charging more than $60 as the conditions of the room were comparable to a rundown roadside motel.
We understand that it was high-season in NYC, and that possibly all other rooms were occupied, but the room we got was truly horrific. The sink was cracked, there was only a half roll of toilet paper available, the beds were old, creaky and extremely uncomfortable, the carpet was filthy with stains everywhere, the furniture was old and also stained, the desk had writing all over the surface, and there was so much dust (or mold?) in the air ducts that it was very hard to breathe. We've stayed at Hilton properties all over the U.S. and have always enjoyed their clean and comfortable rooms, but this was not at all our experience during this stay. We can confidently say we will never stay at this hotel ever again; we would truly have been better off sleeping on the floor at the airport terminal.

Spacious room and really nice toiletries.. lobby is really nice and i got to hotel early and was checked in nice and early.

What I liked about the property was the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
What I didnt like was it was not enough towels in the room. It should have been at least 2 towels and wash clothes per night. Not only did ice machine run out of ice, the ice was dirty with black specks on it. The air filter in the heating system needed to be changed.

I booked this hotel because it had shuttle service from JFK. Beware, the service ends at 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 10:00 p.m. and called the hotel to find this out.

The hotel itself is a fine hotel. We ordered breakfast buffet. It turns out most of the items are cold, and choices are very limited. We paid for $17 apiece, which is absolutely not worth it.

The only reason I booked here was because I need to catch a flight the next day and this hotel offered shuttle service. Waited over an hour, called five times to be picked up. There was a family with a baby waiting in the cold. I don’t think this is a reliable hotel with shuttle service.

I had to wait a long time for the shuttle, and the bar/restaurant was closed. Since the hotel is isolated in no man's land, I was more or less stranded. Also, the soap was ridiculous; it seemed like "toy soap."

Nothing special about the stay, your standard hotel, breakfast is about $25 with limited options, Nothing bad about it yet nothing special overall, one thing that gives this hotel an advantage is its proximity to the airport and a good shuttle service
