A very convenient hotel in downtown Silver Spring, close to the Washington Beltway and having relatively easy access to downtown Washington via metro or bus. The hotel staff was very helpful and arranged for our room to be cleaned daily during our extended stay, despite the policy being to clean the rooms every other day. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.
If you have a car, there’s a direct bridge from the public garage to the hotel. We felt safe using that entrance even late at night.

It was nice, only a moment when a woman (the receptionist) treated us with a bad mood and interesting, she was a white woman. But the second receptionist was so friendly and effective at his work.

Very nice hotel with lots of restaurants & retail within walking distance. Traffic on the weekends is insane making it a challenge to get in/out.

Stay was overall pretty good. The location is excellent in the middle of everything. Parking in the garage is convenient, just remember to pay. Love that you need your room key for everything

My overnight stay was just what I needed with one notable exception: no gym! It may have been mentioned on the website, but I missed it. I got a workout in my room so it’s not a huge deal, but for others like me who like cardio and weights, know that to get that, you have to go to an outside gym. i think they will provide you a voucher.

I love staying here because it is comfortable and so convenient to downtown DC and the surrounding suburbs. Easy spot to go shopping and grab any kind of food you could imagine within walking distance. Lots of entertainment and activities right around you too!

Staff was OK. They werent really friendly until i gave them my Bonvoy # and they realized my status. Parking is in a public parking garage that you need to pay for using the Park Mobile app.
The hotel is WORN OUT. It desperately needs a renovation. Stained carpet, stained loveseat, outdated and chipped tile in the bathroom, dark and dim room. HVAC was great...that was really the only good thing about it. Conveniently located.

perfectly situated for dinner meeting at one of many nearby restaurants. Parking is at a 7-level public lot for which you pay $1.25 an hour from 7am I think til 10pm, with no charges for Sunday. You pay in advance for the time you need. The bridge across to the hotel is on level five which corresponds to hotel lobby on their floor three.
We didn't use any of the hotel's facilities. Room itself was modern, clean and hvac easily managed. TV cable easy to use, and I could add in my own Roku.

The staff was very nice at this Marriott. The room was also great. The entrance was a bit hard to find aince its through the 5th floor of the parking garage. But this is also in a neat little area in Silver Spring with lots of great stores and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Fairly quiet. Comfortable, but the air conditioning is a bit loud. Great workers. Safe entry. Cafe was great.

This place was great for my longer stay. Its in a nice and convenient part of town, and since I was bound to walking more, it was easier to get food for myself and spend my time elsewhere. The breakast and dinner here are also fantastic. Definitely worth the price for everything. I will say, the only qualm i had was with the fridges; theyre in the smaller side, but at Most its a nonissue. I still lovwd my stay, and the room was much bigger than i usually get for a hotel in Silver Spring. Definitely recommend if you can catch a deal or spend the extra money.

The property didn’t blow me away but it’s a great location if you’re in the area. I frequently check out the clubs and it’s a great place to crash when driving isn’t safe.

The hotel lobby is in the 5th floor, you must pay the parking and activate again at 7am!, the elevator smells very bad, the room was dirty,
Very far from the White House, I paid 45 dlls for the Uber.
The staff in the lobby very unprofessional,
The outside looks like a good place but is not!, don’t waste your money!
