There were large groups of men in the lobby drinking beer, playing cards that seemed fine. But the ones outside parked in their cars or standing in the parking lot watching you were off putting- or maybe it was the fact that there seemed to be a few young men walking up and down our hall shaking door handles at midnight when I have a room full of kids trying to sleep. The person at the front desk was super nice though. The room we had probably could use a deeper clean and the shower was disgusting! Curious what other rooms look like because the ice machine on the 3rd floor looks like it’s been growing mold for some time.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This will now be our hotel every time we come to Chattanooga! We had the best time! The indoor pool is huge plus as is the HOT breakfast with a toddler!

Check in staff were very good. Hotel was clean. Unfortunately, it is an old property that has been renovated on the cheap! Pillows were terrible, bathroom tub has rust and the sheetrock had a terrible patch job.

We wanted to check out the towns around the area and the location worked for us because we were traveling with a dog.

There was no place, at all, to hang our clothes or towels. The were no towel racks in the bathroom. The was no clothes rod or shelf in the closet. Even the clothes hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. The was some ugly wall damage near the floor by the bathtub. The bathroom door would not latch so the was no privacy. When we checked in I received a text from the asst. manager asking if everything was ok. When I responded to the text, nothing was ever done to alleviate the problems I reported. Obviously the text is computer generated and is a lame attempt to offer personalized service with no real value behind it. We enjoyed the pool very much and the breakfast was very nice. We appreciate the ability to bring our pets with us. Obviously we have mixed emotions about our experience.

The lack of customer service is appalling. I could not get anyone to help fix my booking and I'm just out the money. At least I know to not use either company again. They also did not want me to leave a review that puts them in a negative light. This is my fourth time trying to write a review

The first room they checked us included a roach on the door and one in the floor..we immediately called back downstairs and asked to be moved, only reason we didn’t leave the hotel immediately was because it was already 11pm and we had kids with us. The second room was clean of visitors, we use a flashlight and UV black light in the rooms

We booked this room in part because they offered cribs. But once we got there we were told that they no longer do that. Other than that and the people out in the parking lot drinking and doing drugs it was ok. The breakfast was good. Room was cleanish.

Family vacation trip. Overall the hotel is wonderful. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great. A nice variety of breakfast foods.

It was a great stay for us. The breakfast was great! We had our kids with us and everyone was very friendly and the pool was nice and spacious for kids.

I love that this hotel is off by itself at the end of the street. Definitely not a lot of traffic noise. Check In was fast and convenient. My room and bathroom has an abundance of space. Bed slept well and everything seemed to be clean.

The hotel was generally clean, but there was a sticky substance on the laminate floor in our suite that grossed me out.

Upon checking in, it was clean, quick, friendly. Was very happy. Unfortunately it was late- we drove 12 hours... myself and 3 kiddos i needed a bigger room. The pull out bed wasnt cleaned. The girl at the front (Callie) went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She handled it very professionally. The room we were moved to were very clean and nice, very satisified.

Absolutely filthy. The entire mattress was covered in dirt and hair!! The dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. We left as soon as we arrived and went somewhere else. Do not stay here.

Hotel room and bathroom were dirty, not sure if they had recently sprayed for bugs or if it was a recent problem, but we saw live cockroach and dead ones in our room. Bed sheets made us itch, and we only slept on top of them. Unfortunately, spent $150 to just sleep and I couldn’t sleep from anxiety over bugs.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was decorated so cute. The pool was clean and towels were stocked. The only areas they could improve is that it could have been a bit cleaner. There was a bag of garbage in the hallway at night that was still there the next day. It needed some vacuuming. The breakfast was good. The pillows are super tiny. We asked for extra and the staff accommodated. Overall i think it is a great hotel and I actually enjoyed staying there for our softball tournament versus just seeing it as a bed to sleep in. I would stay again for sure

Very unorganized, rude,and unprofessional. There were people working and completing task posing as employee…. That were family members and friends of actual employees. Staff charged my card for someone else room whom I have no idea. When asked for my folio I was given over 14 all of which did not belong to me…. I returned them to the front desk however, the papers had the information of others which was very unnerving to me! Especially considering the fact that my card was used for other rooms and then when it came to paying for my actual room the staff claimed they had no idea what happened and why my acct was charged although Mrs Monique was able to pick up exactly what happened! The manage told me we'd speak the following morning because he couldn't talk he had to get off bc he had to be somewhere! The next morning I was told I just needed to get all my stuff out bc I had caused enough problems. I still can't get over this experience! My house is getting redone right nod and I have spent thousands there... But it will in fact never happen again

The first room we were in had a squeaky heater/AC unit & door that sticks & not close without force. The room they switched us to the next day corrected those issues, but was located above the check-in area, so lots of luggage hauling noise throughout the night. Also, The hotel location was in a buried area that GPS had difficulty with.
