Took 4 hours for the room to finally be a comfortable temperature because the air didnt work. Immediately upon getting in the room my kids found a random pill on the floor. Pool was closed...probably wouldnt have swam anyway because the whole place was pretty gross with mostly "long term" guests.

Room was clean. Met expectations. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely great service, older but well maintained, if you mention a problem they will fix it & check in/out is easy & fast

Rooms were clean, well stocked if basic. Pool and ice machine was down.

It was an overnight stop. The hotel was conveniently right off of the interstate. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The price was a bargain, I think.

Paid for a 2 bed room got there only had a room with one bed .the room smelled moldy.toilet was dirty.said no smoking but the smoke smell was bad .tv sound didnt work. I will not stay there agin would rather go to a camp spot .

It was a budget friendly room for the night. I have no qualms with the staff, very friendly. The Continental Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. The room's decor & furnishings were dated but adequate. For the price it was expected to be on the low end of the scale. A no thrills room for the night. My only real complaint was the level of cleanliness, especially the floor. My daughter dropped some ice cubes on the floor and when I went to pick them up. The ice cubes were covered in dirt. I then proceeded to wipe up the water the ice cubes left behind and the paper towel was black. I tested the floor in a couple of other spots with a wet paper towel and similar results. It's painfully obvious that the cleaning staff isn't knowledgeable on the proper use of how to use a mop. Everything else seemed to be adequately clean but the floor was filthy. We were tired after driving for 12hrs, it was the last room available and to be frank. I wasn't in the mood to even worry about calling the front desk over it at the time. I simply did a quick towel mopping of the floor, which turned a white towel to gray. Now would I ever stay here again, probably not since the chances are that I will never be traveling through the area ever again. As for anyone else, if you're on a budget, need a room for the night and your expectations are down to earth. This place will work in a pinch but it's not a Holiday inn or even a motel 6. It's just a room for the night.

I would like a refund only stayed 10 minutes and left. Requested a refund from hotel but could not get one because i booked through hotel.com
