Was here for a tournament and checked in on Saturday. Staff was AWESOME. She was pleasant and helpful and we were done in a couple of minutes. Room was clean and everything worked. The only problem I had was the bed felt like a flinstone rock bed. Other than that it was nice. Close to everything although some places won’t deliver there so idk about neighborhood. I would stay there again.

The person who checked me in was very nice. This facility appears to have been ignored. One elevator didn’t work. The fitness center was closed.

Laura was great in getting me checked in early, even calling my cell to let me know a room was available. The breakfast staff was super friendly and went out of their way to find a product I was looking for. Located close to the Sports Center, which was the reason for our stay.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. Room very clean with 2 closets. Strange placement of one small TV. It was in line with the wall in between the bedroom and suite area, but both area couldnt watch the TV at the same time. It would've been better with 2 TVs. The breakfast was wonderful (cereals, pastry, waffles, veggie sausages, egg, oatmeal, coffee, juices). Checkin was a bit delayed as we stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to come. We waited a significant amount of time later the next day aswell. It would be helpful for there to be a bell or some other way to contact the front desk clerk. Overall however, great hotel. Would be happy to stay again.

Receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable about hotel and area. Room was clean, but drains in sink and shower didn’t work. Remote didn’t work (replaced). I thought mattress was too hard. Excellent location for my needs.

Checked in very late and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean but had a very strong smell when I initially arrived (possibly a cleaning solution). The smell went away after a couple of minutes running the a/c. All other aspects of the stay were satisfactory. Breakfast was good and kitchen staff was most helpful and upbeat.

The hotel was exceptional, the room was spotless and the beds were very comfy. Tara, at the front desk was so wonderfully friendly and helpful for our whole stay. The only problem we had was we couldn’t seem to get our room cleaned despite my asking at the front desk on three separate days. I was assured each day our room would be refreshed but it wasn’t done. I was there 6 nights and the beds were made once and towels replaced twice. The one day the towels were replaced the beds were left unattended!

Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful! She carried on a conversation with our daughter and even asked how her day was when we returned, just so kind! The key wouldn’t open the door and she resolved that situation immediately.

Friendlist staff ever. I have been traveling for 12 days with my 3 kids and I have never had such a great experience at the hotel. We had an issue with our TV as soon as we got in (late) and the front desk lady came up immediately to help. We completely overslept, but the breakfast was so helpful making sure I got food to take up to the kids. Thank you!
